Yummy product presented in a unique cool way. Actually a very cold way, liquid nitrogen cold! Clean and well organized with a friendly staff. Took a bit to get service but it worked out.

So impressed with the customer service. My wife & I have always loved sub zero but had to leave a review after coming here and meeting Tommy. She talked to all the customers and gave good recommendations for mix ins and was super sweet. First time I’ve ever tipped an ice cream place!

Thomas was the only employee there and he was phenomenal!!
He was so patient with us and stayed busy making waffle cones, etc. while we sat down and looked at a menu from the counter.

He was so so polite and friendly, and a smiley nice guy!
He even offered to re-freeze our ice cream before we left (after we sat down for awhile to eat it) since he knew we were from Murray (he asked).

He was so great with my kiddos, too!

The prices are super high up there, like any other ice cream place similar to this, but we had BOGO free coupons, which made it more manageable.

And the nitrogen! Man, the process was SO cool and SO fun to watch!!

What a fun and unique experience for us!

We went here today to celebrate our last day of summer and start of school next week!

Sub zero is a totally different, and totally superior, ice cream experience. Like other places, you can customize your base flavors and mix-ins, but at sub zero they you start with a liquid cream base and the entire mixture is rapidly cooled with liquid nitrogen. The result is a super creamy and smooth ice cream that you really can’t run anywhere else. Totally love it.

Came here for the first time on a Saturday night in December and it was empty. I mean, this is Utah and everyone loved ice cream all year round, so I wasn’t sure why this place had no customers on the weekend. Came with a big group of family and it was a different experience to watch how they made ice cream here – provided a bit of entertainment while we waited for our frozen treats. The price was a bit pricey – maybe that’s why they don’t get a lot of traffic? The flavors were OK and they didn’t have much of a presentation with the ice cream they handed us. It wasn’t “rolled up” nicely. The decor inside wasn’t super inviting in my opinion, was lacking something that made people want to lounge a bit longer. Customer service was subpar and they can def do a bit better to make the customer feel more welcome.

OVERVIEW – 4.40
Came here on a whim to celebrate my wife’s birthday a day early with Ice Cream. We had seen this place as of lately, I think it was opened the previous month or so.

LOCATION – 5
Mixed in with those other businesses in the Strip Mall, it isn’t to hard to miss if you’re looking. It also helps that there are so many surrounding businesses in this once vacant field.

PRICE – 3
For a small ice cream for myself, my wife and child, it came out to be around $15. I honestly found the price a little steep for my liking, especially considering I could buy a gallon of ice cream for around $5. I do, however, understand there is a process and with the use of nitrogen, it can be costly.

PRODUCT/SERVICE – 4
I myself am lactose intolerant, so I was concerned that’d be an issue, but I was informed their vegan style ice cream contained no milk. So that is what I went with, however, it did include coconut milk, (I’m not much of a fan of the coconut flavor). I did drown out the taste of coconut with a lemon strawberry blend in my ice cream, and I loved the tartness behind it.

POINTERS/PERKS – 5
Dragon’s Breath is a lot of fun, especially if there is more than one person. I however found we didn’t eat them all, and the “steam” had died out as we ate our own ice creams before they melted.

EMPLOYEES – 5
The manager served us and was incredibly friendly, and patient. The employees were professional and wore clean uniforms.

It’s a very unique and cool experience to see them make the ice cream with liquid nitrogen, also fun for kids to watch. Staff was super friendly, can recommend this location. The ice cream was good, but not outstanding. It’s still worth to check out this place for the unique experience though!

“Teamwork” is clearly their goals in ensuring every customer gets what they want. The workers are cheerful, which makes a fantastic atmosphere as customers witness the subzero ice treatment right before their eyes.

i am very displeased with the service here. I ordered a peanut butter bond ice cream. I found raspberries and what I think was blueberries in my ice cream. Which i did not ask to be put in. It didn’t taste good. The two girls working seemed to be bothered that we were there and one of them was letting her family behind the counter. It was gross. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
