They are always consistent at this location which I can appreciate. Food is always the same quality which is good for a fast food joint. They did not cut my quesadilla today though, but I will not hold that against them.

Taco Bell is the hero we don’t deserve but definitely need at 1:37 AM. ✨
Every bite feels like a gamble between “this is delicious” and “I may have made a huge mistake” — and honestly, I respect that kind of thrill. The Crunchwrap Supreme? A structural engineering marvel. The Baja Blast? Nectar of the sleep-deprived gods.
The employees here always hand me my food with the same quiet understanding that says, “Yeah, we’ve all been there.”
Taco Bell isn’t just fast food — it’s a lifestyle, a choice, and sometimes… a cry for help wrapped in a tortilla.

This Taco Bell is the worst! I ordered takeout inside, and when I used a $50 gift card to pay the order, the POS card reader only took off two cents and requested another form of payment. I wondered if something was wrong with my gift card, so I used my credit card. AGAIN, the POS card reader only charged my credit card two cents, requesting yet another form of payment. Seriously?! This was an absolutely nightmarish ordeal just for a simple order.
This Taco Bell would strike again a month or so later when I made an order for two breakfast burritos in the drive-thru, but the drive-thru screen showed I tried to order a breakfast burrito meal (which I insisted I didn’t). When I mentioned that, the manager absolutely chewed me out and point-blank called me a liar. WELL WHY DID THE DAMN SCREEN SAY OTHERWISE?!! I refused to deal with this nonsense and immediately drove off hungry.
I will never return to this place again, that’s for sure.

Stopped by with my family today because this combo location is the only one down in St.Mary’s…that I know of. Although they were low on available cooked chicken, Carlisa was very positive, polite, and ready to ensure we are satisfied with our visit and ensured quality of the business. She is a great employee and she talks good of her environment and co workers. I am happy and will return soon.

I’m not here to talk bad about Taco Bell. I’m here to say that this *particular* Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell. There are 4 employees on duty today, and only 2 of them are doing anything related to food preparation. I used to work in a commercial kitchen, so I know what I’m talking about when I’m saying those guys are either hung over or trainees. incredibly slow. Another guy was wandering around the kitchen not doing anything in particular. The fourth lady did literally nothing at all but stand there with her arms crossed, and took a picture of the third guy with the tablet she was carrying around for some reason. It took over 25 minutes to get 2 burritos, and one of them was wrong. Taco Bell Corporate HQ should burn this franchise to the ground as a danger to the corporate image.

I recently visited Taco Bell, and my experience left a lot to be desired. While waiting for my order, I noticed a few customers struggling to use the kiosks to place their orders. Instead of stepping in to help or simply ringing them up at the cash register, the staff just stood by and watched as these customers fumbled with the system. It made me wonder: why has Taco Bell removed the human element from customer service? It’s becoming unnecessarily hard to grab a quick meal.
To make matters worse, I shared this experience with a friend, and she mentioned her own frustrating encounter at the drive-thru. She wanted to add an item to her order while at the window, but the cashier told her they couldn’t adjust the order because it would mess up their metrics. The kicker? There wasn’t even anyone else in line! She was told she’d need to circle back around and place a new order.
Taco Bell used to be convenient, but these recent changes are making it harder and harder to enjoy a simple meal. The lack of customer service and rigid policies are disappointing, to say the least. I hope they reevaluate these practices before losing more loyal customers.

Took forever to get the food, when we got the food it was cold, soda was bad, table and kiosk that you apparently have to use to order were sticky. Taco bell is good, but this one sucks.
