I cannot believe that they pulled a fast one on me! For two medium pizzas (One plain cheese and the other cheese with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms) and an order of brownies I was charged $45!!!! Where’s the &9.99 special??? No matter how you toss around these prices, I was most definitely taken advantage of. They didn’t quote the price when I called. It was charged to a credit card. I only noticed the price well after delivery. Can’t believe I even gave a generous tip!!! Will NEVER EVER go there again! We shouldn’t have to question everything…but from now on I will!! I didn’t have the receipt to go back and plead my case, unfortunately!!! I hate “RIP-OFFS”! Shame on you folks for being such jerks! I won’t be back ever! I still can’t believe I didn’t pay more attention and I cannot trust anyone!!! I Hunt

I visited the Domino’s at the Melrose location today, When I walked in, I greeted the staff member, but he did not respond. He pointed at me with his head instead of speaking, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I explained that I had placed an order, and when I asked if a coupon could be applied, he told me it should have been mentioned over the phone and seemed frustrated. He eventually helped me, but his communication felt unfriendly — he did not reply when I said “thank you” several times, or even when my son said “bye.”
I understand that working alone can be stressful, and I appreciate that he completed my order, but the interaction left me feeling unwelcome. Customer service and a simple kind response can make a big difference in a customer’s day. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for others

I was excited to order seeing the special if 9.99 for any amount of toppings. I went to order online and it was so confusing!! Then I wanted to pick pay at store and that’s not an option. Now I will NEVER order online again because it was too confusing to follow the prompts. It’s even confusing to check out. The new design is awful and I have plenty of local places near me to order pizza. Awful website design.

Started coming here instead of Reading even though melrose doesn’t deliver to my address. The past couple months there has been no consistency. Half the time the twists and bites have no seasoning:butter at all and the other half the time they are so skinny and burnt. Today we got bites and twists because my son loves them and they are so burnt and hard they are almost inedible

I’m a former Noid…are far too much pizza during my three years working for Boston Pie and swore I’d never eat it again. This was before the new menu changes.
I took a risk and I’m thrilled. The extra thin crust with robust sauce make for a yummy base for any topping.
It’s always done right and the drivers are polite and friendly. Yes, the cost is more than my go-to Melrose pie shops. The crust is worth it.

I like their pizzas. Especially the simple ones like cheese pizza and BBQ chicken. Too bad this place doesn’t deliver to where I live. Apparently it’s a bit off from their coverage although it is about 7 mins drive. Wish the store looks more welcoming. It only has a counter to pick up or order and 2 benches to sit. Few parking spots in front of the store. No table to dine in.

Phone service is horrible and the guy sounded like he just woke up. Answers the phone by saying hello,(not Hello Domino’s) Takes my order wrong and not listening so I asked him to read my order back to me and he responded by saying I didn’t have to be rude which I wasnt.Ive been ordering there for a couple of years but not anymore.I called back and asked for the manager and the same guy said she’s in the bathroom which i said I’ll wait.25 minutes later I’m still on hold.So it show’s poor management as well.

I went into this location and I ordered wings and a pizza and when I got into the car I tried the pizza and initially I thought they gave me the wrong sauce.. upon going in I realize I had made the error.. and when I was informed by the woman at the front counter and made the wrong error she wasn’t upset she didn’t give me any attitude. Instead she found a way to rectify the situation in upon it being my mistake still managed to get me the right pizza without having to charge me.. know that but she got it all promptly

I keep ordering extra sauce… they do the opposite! The sides are good. Delivery is usually fast. They just refuse to listen to special requests. I ordered Brooklyn Style one time too and I got a hand tossed.
