Everyone at this location is Amazing! friendly fast and organized. One person in particular stands out tho, a guy named Memphis, his customer service skills are on point! He’s mindful of the small things greeting you with a smile and asking if you need anything else (just in case you forgot something) before sending you off to enjoy your pizza. His positive energy is one to be matched. Great experience

Pizza 1=the first ordered with extra pepperoni. I called a manager how many pepperonis normally come on that one pizza she said about 25 I told her I ordered extra pepperoni. She agreed that’s not extra pepperoni.

Ordered wings and drink for delivery…took 20minutes longer than scheduled…driver not speak English, using phone as translator…forgot drink, be back in 30 minutes…came back, paid cash with tip…delivery was turned over to doordash as papa johns not USE own drivers. driver cannot break 20 bill..FORCED to massively overtip .
Call Papa to discuss…not Papa fault. Store mgr says not their fault. They didn’t hire driver…store mgr says all my concerns are with doordash, not Papa.

The manager at the 95th store who had face tattoos was super friendly, good looking, professional, and quick. The pizza he made was the best I’ve ever had. I’m definitely recommending this location to everyone!

Just got carryout from this Papa John’s for the first time. It was the most perfectly cooked Papa John’s I’ve had. Speed was on point and the staff was extremely friendly. We even ordered one pizza with special sauce and cheese restrictions, and the pizza was made exactly as specified. Hard to beat a carryout special of 8 bucks for a large! Will definitely be making the drive to this location next time the craving hits.

The absolute worst location to get pizza. The most rude employees, especially the lady that makes the pizza. I ordered one medium cheese pizza and it took over an hour to make. I told them I shouldn’t even have to pay for how long I had to wait and that they should at least give me free breadsticks, pop, or SOMETHING, and they declined. Definitely order from a different location.

I ordered Shaq-a-roni pizza for delivery and I was disappointed by how much caked up flour was on the (back) crusts of every slice of pizza. Taking a bite and having flour swirl around in your mouth is very disgusting. We tried to scrap off as much flour as possible but basically just ate the toppings or ripped off the floured pieces. I’ve had pizza from this place on numerous occasions and this by far was the worst experience. I gave two stars because the wings were delicious other than that it would of received a 1 star. I’m not sure if I will order in the future.

My boyfriend and I have ordered from papa johns multiple times and the same thing happens. We usually get half and half because his parents are vegan and we like pepperoni. But twice in a row they just scatter the half amount of toppings over the entire pizza. Terrible. It’s also often times under cooked. And two times in a ROW we waited over 2 hours AFTER the estimated DELIVERY TIME. Not just 2 hours after ordering, usually we wait 3 hours total. Terrible. No matter the location.

So what’s frustrating to me about this particular store is how hit or miss it is. Its quite literally either you order and have a hot fresh pizza at your door in 20 minutes OR you order and you wait 3 hours and have to call the store and beg them to cancel. This has happened three times to us and every time the excuse given is theres only 2 of us working.
If that’s the case Papa Johns needs to staff more people. Its frustrating because there’s no way to tell on the front end if they’re slammed or not. And when you call, the customer service is very rude or doesn’t answer the phone at all.
