Both pizzas were dry, bland tasting, wings were VERY small no bbq taste. It’s been 8 months since I ordered last, and this is the last time. Thought we would try someplace different than where we usually go for pizza and it was a mistake.

Just picked up pizza I recently had back surgery so my husband pulled out front to let me go in to get our order, as I walked in a man I am guessing may have been a manager says “Nice parking job” so I replied “Thanks (knowing he was being a jerk)” he then said “I wasn’t being serious” he was a flat out jerk my mom said even when she ordered he was a jerk. Way to keep business.

Popcorn breaded bites. That’s what I got. Pizza was somewhat okay. I can’t believe I spent $7 on poppers that couldn’t measure the size of my pinky. hold up. Im calling in tomorrow about this .
EDIT: Fun fact, when you order from a store that’s farther than the closer one because the closer one always has poor quality, the farther one still can’t deliver since it out of their range. Sucks that I won’t get my replacement without a vehicle. Guess the Quality Guarantee only goes as far as their delivery zone.

We keep coming back every few months, hoping that they will get it together. It’s our Barberton Papa John’s! But we seem to be disappointed again and again.
The pizza wasn’t made correctly AND it looked like it was cut by a child. Literally.
The cookie was cut so unevenly, that it had 3 pieces small pieces that were barely big enough to be considered a servant size… Maybe bite-size! While the others were huge and uneven.
The manager gave us 1/2 our money back but we are upset that we have to drive to other locations just to get good Papa John’s.

So we got delivered the wrong order.. as soon as I realized I called them back. As I was explaining what was wrong they were already back in my driveway to give us our right pizza!! They also let us keep the other pizza!! You guys are on top of it!! Good job!

We have ordered the gluten free crust pizza twice now, within a week. They get it done super fast, fresh, and it tastes great.
However both times we asked for extra cheese, and the cheese was still sparse and definitely not extra.

There’s only cheese on half the pizza and it looks like an angry blind ninja with a dull katana cut it. I’ve never experienced a pizza butchered so badly.

I ordered their pepperoni extra large pizza deal I put on for extra cheese so they deliver it as a cheese pizza and they don’t put the pepperoni on it. This is the first time I have eaten at Papa John’s for about four years. I remember their pizza being a good pizza but this was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had, it was just soggy nasty and I would probably never order from them again. I don’t know what changed.
