This Wendy’s is rude and they close early. Not early as in the hours are bad, they just close when they’re open and turn away customers. Everybody has closing shifts that they just want to end and times where they just want to go home but then just say that or make up an excuse don’t tell me that your closed when the hours of operation are readily available online and don’t have me sit in the drive through waiting, hoping I’m just going to leave on my own for minutes, before you tell me- yes, we’re open but “we’re closed.” NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER do better.

My favorite sandwich is the son of baconater. Love it because the bacon was always crispy. Not so for the last month or so, the bacon has been floppy a deal breaker for me gotta pull over and take the bacon off so I switched to the Dave’s single figure keep it simple
The service at the drive thru are always polite and get you through in a timely manner.

My husband picked up our order and not only was it wrong. They gave us 2 Jr baconator meals instead of 2 regular size baconator meals. Instead of carmel chocolate frosty they gave a vanilla carmel frosty. They cramped all food in one bag and almost dropped it on the ground handing it too him. The bag torn and our food went all over the truck once inside the vehicle. Seriously the service so so rude with their tone and attitude like they were not happy about us ordering and gave no napkins or sauces. Since this new location has opened every time we have gone in there it has been nothing but an issue. After tonight’s disrespect we will no longer be using Wendy’s.

i come to this wendy’s often because it’s right by my house. but this has about done it for me. i get a 10 piece nugget every single time. i did not receive my honey mustards (it supposed to come with 2). and then as im eating my nuggets i pull out half of a nugget that looks like a bite has been taken out of it. (as seen in picture) and they are so rude up there it didn’t use to be like that. i dont know if they just hired new people. but whatever it is they need to get it together. i’m actually disgusted.

Second bad experience at this location first time young lady working drive thru window not very polite and welcoming mentioned this to manager and she could care less. Today ordered my food was asked to pull up and food will be brought out…. Food was cold and soda was flat. I’m done with this licstion

Jurrell gave us the best service at any Wendy’s we have gone to in this area. He was courteous, polite, and overall very pleasurable. The other staff members were also a pleasure to deal with. Definitely coming back to this Wendy’s.

Workers always have a terrible attitude and cannot seem to get an order placed right in the drive thru, then when you correct them they give poor service. They cannot seem to understand that drink lids that are not on will spill in you lr vehicle and the frosty that is dripping ice cream should be wiped off first. Out of 5 trips to this new store they have messed up 4 times. Always have to wait forever inside or drive thru doesn’t matter. The “biggie bags” are a rip off, I got the 7$ bag which is the largest and I received a kiddie fry, kiddy nuggets(4 piece) a small drink that I handed back because it was wrong drink, and 1 bacon burger. Their was nothing “big” about the meal but the price vs what you actually get.
This is the last time they will get my money.

Go to get food at the drive thru and all the employees…including the mgr… were outside so it took forever for some one to take our order. I got a baked potato which looked and tasted like it’s been sitting out for a very long time. I also got a large chili with cheese. They charge .50 cents for cheese and only put a few pieces in it. They also don’t include the hot chili sauce packets. This location is getting worse and worse.

Recently, employees have been arbitrarily turning away customers. Their hours haven’t been updated online, and then management have neglected to post signage making people aware of a change in hours.
Thought it might have been a one-off thing the first time, but it looks like it’s going to be a trend

I can honestly say I haven’t had a Wendy’s this good in 15yrs. Food was actually so hot and fresh it was almost unbelievable. Excellent customer service and a great location!! Please keep up the amazing work!!
