Manager was extremely rude, It was 6pm on a Tuesday and I asked for my meat to be toasted (I’m pregnant) and he rolled his eyes.. infront of me. I ordered 2 out of my 4 sandwiches before he stopped helping me and someone else stepped in. My husband ordered his sandwich with the girl that was helping and the manager who was walking by literally threw his head back. This is probably the last time I’ll go to this location.

This place is unlike any other location I’ve been too on the island. The Second I stepped in, the staff greeted me and everyone in uniform asked if I needed anything. Also everyone behind the counter was working and just seemed like they have a solid system in place. Wish I came here sooner!

Jersey Mike’s is hands down the best sub shop I’ve ever been to. The sandwiches are always made with the freshest ingredients and the bread is perfectly soft and flavorful. The variety of toppings and condiments allows for a customized and delicious meal every time. A definite must-visit for sub enthusiasts!

First time trying Jersey Mike’s. Had to go for a giant size sub which was much bigger than competitors, but also was double the price. The meat portion wasn’t alot on the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sandwich, but must admit that it was flavorful, hot, extra spicy, and came with ample portions of jalapeno peppers making for a great sandwich going a cut above and beyond!

Just went for lunch and it was slightly busy, but the manager had asked the employee to switch to xl gloves in order to get them on faster and sprinkle but the employee proceeded to go back and forth annoyed with the manager, which is fine but then the employee proceeded to take her obvious frustration out on the food I had ordered and when she went to wrap them crushed both of them , I didn’t say anything on the first time but then she did it purposefully again to the second one and I had to stop her and ask her to re roll the second sandwich, if she was not having a pleasant time at work that’s fine but I’m paying for the food with my hard earned money and I don’t appreciate it having it ruined out of spite due to a disagreement between the manager and employee when I was not involved at all .
BTW not the managers fault she’s great !

I enjoyed my club sub; the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only con was that some of the tables were dirty and they needed to be wiped down. Nonetheless, my lunch was delicious.
