The brisket was OK. Nothing special. Overall I feel it was not worth the price. The was good, but a little pricey, over $3 for 1 cob. Mr. Pibb instead of Dr. Pepper. Soda machine’s icemaker was broken so it wasn’t cold. The picture will show how much fat was on their “lean” cut of brisket.

Had my first trip to Blue Ember in Hot Springs and it definitely did not disappoint!! The staff were so nice and helpful and the meat was so good, very flavorful and tender. I got the Special Ops plate. It comes with 2 slices of brisket, pulled pork, sausage of your choice, (I had the cheese one), a rib and a slice of toast and you pic one side. I chose the potato salad, and it was amazing! I liked the apple bbq sauce the best but the original kind was good too. I will be back!!

They’re smoked turkey is the BEST I’ve ever had in a restaurant!! Potato salad was delicious & baked beans were wonderful!! I tried the Kickin Apple BBQ sauce for the 1st time& bought a bottle before I left!! It is SUPERB!! Staff was awesome!! Very prompt & courteous. Very clean dining area & ladies room. Can NOT wait to go back!! I highly recommend a visit here to all BBQ lovers!!

Ordered the special ops with jalapenos pineapple sausage as a sandwich and it was tasty!
The meat is fall off the bone and tender, just not super flavorful. Their apple bbq sauce made up for it!
The store is absolutely beautiful inside and out.
Could be bussed better, but we may have come in after a very busy rush.
They also have ice cream that we did not try.
I loved the fresh lemon and their bread for the sandwich!

Very nice upscale place with plenty of parking and seating the food is quite good although nothing spectacular although it’s probably one of the better barbecue places in the city I find the sauces to be just way too sweet and my biggest complaint is that the prices are just quite High

I don’t understand the hype. The food overall is just ok. Brisket was cooked ok but was dry and had no flavor. Pork burnt ends were my favorite part but still just ok.
The worst part is the price. The meats are so expensive. I guess they are cashing in on their hype.

Hands down an amazing place for authentic, smoke born BBQ! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. The food was so good you put a plate on your head and your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get at it! The meat was succulent, and not too fatty! Portion sizes were good and prices were more than fair for the quality and sizes. Bathrooms were also well kept!

Not bad but not the best. The ribs seemed like they were yesterdays ribs vs fresh. We came on a Sunday at opening and maybe those ribs were from the day before? Everything else we ordered seemed fresh. The staff was extremely good although the lady did mess up my total they did make up for it. I think this place will do very well where they are located.
