Food came in a stapled bag, but my sandwich is now half the size it used to be(whole wheat), and my wife’s sandwich was already opened for her. Also DIDNT GET THE DRINKS THAT WE PAID FOR…Tried to call 5 times, literally, and it just rang until we got tired of hearing it ring…no answer

My sister and I stopped here for me to have dinner. I was hungry, my sister wasn’t I ordered the Totally tuna sub sandwich on French bread $9.84 (no drink). It was filled with cucumbers , lettuce and tomatoes . It was yummy I knocked one star down as they do not have the option to toast my sandwich. This is the only way I like eating my sandwiches. The employee told me they plan to get a toaster soon to offer toasted subs. I’m happy to hear that.

Please don’t eat here! The inside of the restaurant was decently clean, but had a strange sour smell. The staff were okay. My drink had a smashed bug on the lid and the sandwich wrapping had one on it as well. I was really disappointed, I love JJ so much.

Fresh subs made fast! I get the gargantuan sub and love it. My dad likes the gargantuan on wheat and it is ginormous! It packs 1000 calories but you won’t leave hungry. My wife got the turkey breast on wheat and it was great. Employees were friendly and the decor was cool to read.

Located in downtown Auburn right next to Mellow Mushroom, it’s a very convient and quick sub-style sandwich shop. The food has good flavor, there are plenty of options, and best of all, it’s very fast.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve been here. I was saddened to see a lot of the negative reviews, so I must say I was a little hesitant to come in. The guy who waited on me was very friendly, as well as with the other customers he engaged with. He asked how each person was doing. Although he was short handed, he was respectable. People need to realize that being short staffed is wide spread right now and there are people who are doing the best they can. I’m not saying bad attitudes are acceptable, because they’re not, and there are people out in the working world who need to be fired. Anyways, it was a good experience and I appreciate the great service.

I ordered a #2 Big John (that’s roast beef) with added veggies and sauces, asked for the bread to be left in and to cut in half.
I got somebody’s BLT (add turkey) sandwich with the bread removed not cut in half. So whoever got my sandwich, enjoy I guess. Unfortunately for me I don’t like bacon.

The first time I came here, they gave me the wrong sandwich. I decided to give them another chance today, and the bread was completely stale, which made the whole sandwich inedible. I used to work at Jimmy John’s in Houston, and I would never serve a sandwich like that. I will not be giving them another chance. On the bright side the cookie was very nice, but we don’t make those on site.

06/29/25 Edit: I arrived home today to realize that I was given the complete wrong sandwich. I ordered a Slim #6, but received what appeared to be a Little John #6. The 16-inch was almost $13 before tax, so I expected to, at the very least, get the sandwich that I asked for. Disappointing.
From placing my order to delivery at my door… 2 hours 58 minutes.
I’m never the one to complain, since I know how difficult working in the food service industry can be, but almost 3 hours for quick-service food 0.7 miles from your home? Come on, now.
About an hour into my wait, I called up the store and used a kind and respectful tone to double check my order did not get lost. Even though my attitude was kind and understanding, I was immediately met with a sour tone over the phone, as if she was annoyed that I was even calling the store.
I was told that all orders were out for delivery, and there was only one driver. 2 hours later, my “lunch break” food arrived.
I used to order Jimmy John’s all the time due to its affordability and speedy delivery, but not anymore.
This is NOT normal!!!!

Jimmy John’s…. What is this??? I ordered a Vito add lettuce and onion. Was told they were out of lettuce. Ok. Like 4 slices of one of the meats that come on the Vito, onion, and mayo that I didn’t order. $9 for this? Be serious.
