Service was fairly quick and the staff were nice. The counter is a good place to sit and people-watch while you eat, but can get really loud and overstimulating.
DO NOT recommend the fish and chips. It’s frozen then fried when you order, which is fine but the batter didn’t cook properly and there was oil dripping out. Didn’t sit well with me and (excuse the TMI) when I use the bathroom it smells like rotten fish… But maybe that’s my fault for getting fish and chips from a teriyaki restaurant.

I Was at the Pike Place market earlier today, and I felt like trying their cod. First, they forgot my order, and I waited 25 minutes before I raised my voice. It happens… Then, the food came, and the cod was over-breaded, and the fries were inedible because somebody had poured tons of salt on them. They looked delicious, though. Very bad experience. They were not even busy. The older white-haired man (who looked like the owner) apologized as he shrugged his shoulders – a gesture I will never forget. I didn’t know what it meant. Maybe it meant , “there is nothing more I can do.” I wasn’t hungry or had high expectations. I wanted to nibble as I watched the market. But the experience left a sour taste in my mouth, so, I documented this review. The food was fresh, though — but badly prepared.

We went here because the rabbit box is between kitchens and the salmon fried rice was oh my God to die for I loved it. It was I can still taste it now. It was so delicious. My wife got the shrimp fried rice and it was even better oh my God this place is so good. What a hidden gem right here at pike place right when you walk in.

Stopped for lunch while we were at Pike Market… Our group got a variety of food, everyone left with happy and full tummies. The orange chicken was pretty amazing. The sushi rolls were good, but not great. Others in our group were very happy with the chowmein and beef plates. We had enough for some leftovers too!!! Great place to stop by.

Only about 6 seats, so don’t plan on eating there. We lucked out. The smoked salmon-fried rice was really good. General tsao’s chicken was pretty good. Crazy expensive, but good food.

Lovely couple serving made us feel welcome and satisfied with our selection. Everything we ordered was an explosion of flavors in our mouth, like Violet Beauregard in Willy Wonka, we were describing the flavors as we chewed.

It’s an okay place to get food at, but considering all the options in the area I’d steer to trying something else.
The flavors just weren’t there. Panda Express is better IMO.
The price is really high for the food too.

New ownership and they seem happier than last owners. Really larger portions of fried rice. Second time for bubble tea so I’m a return customer now. They added popping boba! Love that have seaweed salad! 5th star is for seating available.

They have some seriously good teriyaki here. The salmon teriyaki is especially good, and everything came out relatively fast as well which is a nice plus. There are only 4 seats off on the side though, so you’ll probably have to find some place else to eat once you do get your food.
