I can’t express how terrible my service was today. I NEED A FULL REFUND ASAP!
I ordered two smoothies, one was chunky and tasted off..(thrown in the trash), the other was runny and watery.
I also ordered two sante fe quesadillas, (photos shown below). Why are they not cooked? Why are the 4&1/2 pieces of chicken extremely cold? Why is the rice not cooked? Why is the cheese not even slightly melted? Why is there just a drop of sauce on both quesadillas?
I need answers.
I did not wait 30min for uncooked food and terrible smoothies.
I will be calling tomorrow, since they’re closed now.

Just came in here today Kennedy made my drink with horrible experience she should not be here worst’s customer service ever then after she sent me next door because they say they don’t take $100 tried to gave me smoothies that has been sitting for 20 minutes I have to drive 20 minutes which means it will be water about time I reach my stop!
She was mad for their mess and did not make it how I requested it my brother had not passed and my niece didn’t ask for this I would have not came back!

My first time and last time there ever I’d rather go to Tim Hortons I ordered smoothies worth of $25 I’m trying to pay them with a $50 Bill they said we do not accept 50s I said what about a $100 they said we don’t except them as well all I had was $50s and $100s nothing less to pay with they refused to serve me for not having $20 or less what kind of stupid business is this?
