I ordered a Black & Bleu Burger with fries for pickup, and overall, the experience really missed the mark for me.
The service was awkward from the start. I called to place the order, and the guy couldn’t hear me. When I called back, there was silence on the line until I said “hello” a few times, followed by a blunt “Yeah, what can I do for you?” slightly off-putting, but I placed the order. When I arrived, the place was empty and looked clean. The food was ready, and I was in and out quickly.
As for the food:
The Fries: These were excellent. They were hot, well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. I really enjoyed them.
The Burger: This was the letdown. I got the Black & Bleu, and while the toppings (bleu cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, brioche bun) were fresh and tasty, the meat itself was lackluster. They looked like two smash patties, but they had zero crust and absolutely no seasoning. No salt, no pepper, nothing.
Honestly, if it weren’t for the toppings, the burger would have been hard to eat because the meat was just plain and bland. I ate it because I was hungry, but for a “Pub and Ale House,” the burger really needs to be seasoned properly.
Between the awkward service and the flavorless patties, I can only give it 2 stars.

I ordered from here from GrubHub. I got priority delivery and it came very quickly. I ordered boneless chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and the crab dip. It came extremely quickly, but the food was horrible. The worst I’ve ever had. Everything was cold and very salty. For as quick as it can, there is no way it was made to order it had to be all premade absolutely disgusting. Don’t recommend anyone buying or order. Worst food I’ve ever had

First time at Copper Creek! Really nice atmosphere, and the place was quite clean. Unfortunately, the boneless wings were HELLA salty. Had a hard time stomaching the amount of salt, and it is the only reason why my rating is so low. I could tell the wings would have been very good if they weren’t coated in salt. I could see the crystals in the sauce and dry rub. I would give this place another try as it seemed that this might be a one-off issue, but consistency is key. Hope they can dial back the salt because everything else here seemed really nice!

Probably the BEST WINGS (Honey Old Bay) specifically in the state of Maryland. Trust me, everywhere I go I try them if they have it on the menu. I keep coming back to cooper creek. This is a staple for us now. Great vibes as well!

Went here for the first time this weekend. Nice space, tons of TVs (a great place for watching games), clean bathrooms. The service was friendly and the sandwiches/fries were delicious – we got the pressed Italian and pressed Brazilian. And, they had my absolute favorite beer (Magic Hat #9) which I rarely see in a bar – what a fantastic surprise! We will definitely be back.

Had a great time coming here to watch the Ravens and Steelers game! Was able to get there early and grab a table for 8 of us. Food was really good and drinks were strong. Will for sure be returning here now that I live in the area. Bonus points for having gluten free buns (delicious) and gluten free crust for pizzas.

the bartender named Jordan was very rude. i went to tip and noticed an auto tip which is fine, she commented saying “you dont tip so i have to add that” pointed to my friend who planned to tip in cash when we left and said “you didnt tip, sorry not sorry.” i dont appreciate the disrespect, i always tip. you dont know a person just by looking at them.

The atmosphere is really nice, the service was prompt and responsive, the food was very good, and there was a very nice selection of mostly local beers. Other than it being off Ritchie Hwy, which is always way too congested, I would want to go often. We went on a weekday, so I’m not sure what weekend crowds/parking is like.

I had the Italian panini and the house onion rings. By far, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had.

The food was great, free pool but it was brake and the balls returned intermittently, suggest bringing small plastic containers to catch the balls and simply put them on the shelf.
