I was there this morning on my way to work. There were three people working. My order was fine. But, this was the filthiest Einstein’s I’d ever been to. Tables needed to be wiped, the floor all over the store was filled with crumbs, paper, plastic utensils. Just dirty, and I guess those three young workers, one of whom I think was the manager, feel that they don’t have to do any cleaning until the store closes. E en when no customers were at the counter the two guys were just talking, laughing, one of them was checking things on his cell phone. Embarrassing! I’ll never go back there! I’d fire them!

Standard Einstein’s menu. The apple pie pastry could have benefitted from a little more of the apple filling. It was mostly pastry. The coffee was okay, but a little less than full.
Service was okay but not especially welcoming except when the manager walked through.

Food was good. Took 10+ minutes to get two breakfast bagels, the guy that took my order was friendly. My biggest gripe is that the place was filthy. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. Every table needed wiped down. The bathroom was any better and there was no toilet paper. When I see a place this unkept I can’t help but wonder how clean the kitchen is or the food handling.

The reason this is so low is I hope I can capture the attention of the HR Department or the Higher Management.
I went into the store on Saturday the 1st and a previous Sunday i don’t remember the date of, there was only 3 employees working both days (the same 3) while the entire store was slam packed, the boys were still smiling and trying their hardest but seriously!? 3 people on a weekend. That is unfair to them. The General Manager here needs to be ashamed of themselves for making them feel so stressed out.

So you’re website says specifically choose any bagel with cream cheese $3.19….then I am charged $5.29….I ask about $3.19 on the website and she says it is a gourmet bagel so it was 80 cents more… thats not what it says on your website… sorry I am calling bs..your prices anymore are unbelievable so please don’t bait and switch

I must say, the customer service was above and beyond. I’ve been to others and it was very transactional, get in, get out but today was definitely different in a good way. I enjoyed the country bagel and gravy sandwich and it was amazing! Loved the pepper shmear and the sausage bagel was tasty!
