Loved my trip to Angie’s. I am from out of town and the idea of a place that specializes in both Mexican and Italian intrigued me. Needless to say, Angie’s did an excellent job at both!

The ambience is old-school and fantastic. The service was friendly and helpful and fun. The food, the food outstanding we started off with bread. It was fresh out of the oven and melted in your mouth. We had a few appetizers and then onto the main meal. I had the Italian side of the house and every bit was fantastic homemade sauce homemade noodles. I ate more that I needed. I was full, but couldn’t stop. Then we had dessert and it was amazing. I drove all the way from WheatRidge and it was well worth the drive and I can’t wait to go again.

Atmosphere is just okay, I mean it’s a little cafe on the corner so don’t expect too much. The service was really good and the food was good as well. Hope you’re in the area and hungry for some lunch. You can’t really go wrong with this one.

Definitely enjoyed the food here. I had the chicken parmigiano and my boyfriend had the homemade spaghetti. Both were excellent! Highly recommended I would venture to say the spaghetti that came with my meal was the best I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious!

We finally visited this long time local favorite, and were not disappointed. Our choices were on the Italian side of the menu, and served as generous portions for one (not “family style”). My wife loved their signature homemade spaghetti and meatballs, and I enjoyed the lasagna–although I usually prefer mine “bolognese” style, it was tasty and very cheesy (LOTS of ricotta!), which was great for dipping the bread served with it. The seating area was charming and clean, the staff was friendly and very attentive.

This place is a hidden gem. Small restaurant but the food is amazing and the prices are more than fair. Really hard to find that nowadays. Service was awesome too! We had the chicken parm and a pepperoni pizza. Was highly impressed by both.

Passing through town and stopped and had dinner here. If you like ricotta, try the cheese ravioli or the lasagna. Delicious! My family also got the shrimp parmesan and chicken Alfredo and they said it was delicious too.

Overall it was just okay. The “baked” Penne with ricotta and meatballs was odd – I’ve never ordered meatballs and had slices of meatball placed under pasta. Seriously, no whole meatballs. Just like 6 pepperoni sized slices of meatball under penne pasta mixed with too much sauce and put under a broiler barely long enough to melt mozzarella on top. And the “ricotta” was hardly a shmear UNDER the meatballs. Very watery. Just weird. The Burrito was very small and came with NO sides – for close to $20 you’d expect at the bare minimum beans and rice. Not here. Maybe it was an off night – I’m just not understanding the good reviews here.
