WOW, wow wow wow! My partner & I had the most wonderful experience on Valentine’s Day at cellar + plate this past weekend. Not only was every member of the staff kind, welcoming, and immaculately dressed – the food, atmosphere, and wine were to die for. We will absolutely be coming back for future date nights.
We felt welcomed, safe, and extraordinarily well cared for. Thank you to our wonderful server, the hostess, bartenders, and chefs who made the evening possible. We had the pleasure of sitting near the kitchen to watch the hustle and bustle of the talented chefs work tirelessly to put out meticulously-crafted dishes.

You have to check out Cellar & Plate if you are in the area. The food was amazing. The person taking care of us, Mateo was awesome. So educated and eager to give us a great experience. I got the feeling anyone who took care of us would have made it a great experience. Although we did love talking and learning from Mateo. Thanks. We’ll be back.

We celebrated our daughter’s engagement event here at Cellar and Plate. We had about 25 people who attend the event. They had table set up perfectly with the wines we had selected and charcuterie trays. The area is tastefully decorated and temperature was nice. The food was fresh and paired perfectly with the charcuterie trays. Aspen and Heather were attentive to any need we requested. Sunshine the owner was great with communication to get everything reserved for this event. I would definitely recommend this establishment for your event.

The server greeted us with a smile. We had a reservation and the table already had our name card on it and we were seated. The food choices were great and tasted amazing. The food portions were perfect For the shareables we had. Prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was very warm and cozy on such a cold night. . The server was attentive and kind. 10/10 recommend!

Stopped in here for the first time yesterday evening on a date night. Service was excellent. Lighting was perfect. They had a live performer singing and playing the piano who was phenomenal. We ordered the steak medallions to share and they were delicious. We will be back to check out other menu items for sure!

The food here was great but the service was less than ideal. I went with a group of friends and we were very talked down to by the server (you would of thought we didn’t order a thing). We each spent a good chunk of change and are typically very good tippers but in this instance we were not.

I have been coming to Cellar and Plate since October 2020. I have had the best food and service here over the years. However, tonight we had the worst experience. Our waiter rarely came to us, he tried to pass off Jim Beam for Jameson, then he took so long to refill our drinks we didn’t have drink with our food. The Chicken Alfredo is my absolute favorite at Cellar and Plate. Tonight it was dry and the pasta was hardened. I do not know what is happening…but please make some changes. I absolutely love the atmosphere, and the live music was beautiful. Please fix the service and food soon ❤️ so it can continue to be Springfield’s hidden gem. Because after tonight, I do not think I can convince my family to return.

This is such a delightful little place to sit and drink/eat and have good conversation with friends. Cozy and nicely decorated, they have an eclectic collection of wine and drinks for any mood, and the food has all been delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Service is always top notch.
