Love everything about this place except for their dog policy. Every time I come here there are dogs inside barking, jumping on furniture, and intruding personal space of customers. I watched a man’s dog jump on the back of a chair and lick an elderly woman’s head. It also jumped on the ordering counter. It was gross and unsanitary. I love dogs and they have outdoor seating where they can easily be accommodated. The service here is incredible!! Staff are great, food is great, everything is efficient and tidy.

I go here all the time and when you order thru the drive thru its fine and the service is excellent but I would NEVER recommend using the mobile order. Idk if Starbucks makes it terrible for their employees but if your picking up an order for someone and you dont know they selected “inside pick up” the employees go out of their way to make me feel uncomfortable about it. This is not the first time I’ve had eyes rolled at me, sarcasm, and just general attitude about the mobile order. I mean if you dont believe me order a mobile order right now and show up 5 minutes early. Its like you did something horrific to them. Or order it for inside and then go thru the drive thru…. like yes I made a mistake today and didnt confirm which pick up it was, what’s the point of making me feel terrible about that? Its not like Im a dog who needs negative reinforcement to place my order “the correct way” for you. Most times with a mobile order im on my way to work and I cant strategically time the mobile order. But atp I just dont use it… I had this issue today when picking up my girlfriends order.. I was already nervous because how they treat mobile orders in the past.. then I learn I made a mistake lol GREAT!

I love good coffee. Unfortunately I was traveling so by the time I took a sip and realized my huge coffee wasn’t sweetened it was too late. I had to sip a huge strong coffee without sugar for hours. Normally this location is great

Visited this location in May 2023. Ended up going into this location on a Sunday afternoon where it was really quiet inside. I like the atmosphere with the chair/table setup, as well as the number of electrical outlets. Starbucks team members were helpful with helping decide on a drink(cinnamon caramel cream cold brew). Really ended up liking the atmosphere and store layout here, and would definitely return on a future trip to hang out for a bit.

The crew at this Starbucks is AWESOME! I frequent the local Starbucks locations and they are all so good! The staff at all of them is great. We are so fortunate on Hilton Head Island to have special people working to brighten our days!
