Ordered two blueberry Bliss smoothies with 40 g of protein added to each one when the girl in the ring me up I gave her $23 it was $22 and some change. She just kept my change and I had to ask if she was gonna give me my change and then kinda just plop the change in my hand like did he just asked for his change? Then made too much of the smoothie had at least a third of a blender left of smoothie so I’m pretty sure I got robbed out of my protein dietary needs for the day. also shows that I got three items. I only ordered two drinks so wondering if I got overcharged for a drink also and never received it.

I come to this location all the time and my food is always made so good and the workers are very friendly and sweet. They’ve drawn really pretty designs on the cups I’ve received before and it always smell clean here which I really REALLY like!

I hate to give this place a negative review, but it was not very good.
My brothers supegreen Ceasar bowl looked good but had tomatoes in it that he did not request ( he has acid reflux).
My boyfriends Buffalo chicken bowl did not have the freshest looking greens. See pics.
My Baja wrap that did not look nearly as fresh as the photo. Also. I Had cheese that wasn’t melted and it just didn’t taste great.
The Cuban sandwich was not very good. The meats had no taste. I thought my bf was exaggerating, but when I tasted his sandwich, I confirmed what he said was true. He dipped it in some Buffalo sauce.
The smoothies were good though. Mango magic and Mocha madness.
Not sure if ill try again..

I order Chai Bananna Boosts quite frequently and they are awesome. I ordered one today that arrived with two whole dates, iningredients unmixed and the ice was like drinking gravel. I totally understand a mess up, but I do not understand bascially hanging up on me and telling me to call UberEats. UberEats has no category for “unmixed ingredients and no sweetner”. It is terrible that a restaurant will not stand behind their quality even when using a third-party delivery. See the pics.whole dates and chunks of ice. Not the treat I was longing for.

I love the freshness, in order here at least three times a week, the only overarching problem that I have at this place is that you can walk in, and stand in line, and pay for your order, and then they will proceed with making 10 DoorDash orders before they finish a single customers order who is standing right in front of them behind the clear glass. It took me 15 minutes to get a single smoothie and I was the only one in line! Again, the facility itself is clean, and the food is fresh when you eventually get it

Some of the kale were mushy and wilted; some bananas were mushy and one even looked moldy. The crew were wearing pink dirty shirts (all 4 of them), kitchen floor looked so disgusting and so was the prep area. The employees didn’t change gloves in between customers either. Sigh. I threw away my avocolada and left the place feeling disgusted. Health department should be more vigilant. So disappointed with what this place has turned into.
