This is the worst jimmy John’s I have ever experienced . I don’t know why I keep coming back, every time I order, I place a pick up order. I get there 15 or more minutes after I placed my order, and it’s never ready on time. Well today they literally forgot to put meat on my sandwich. I was given a sandwich with lettuce , tomatoe and peppers, I can’t even make this up. Whatever you do, save yourself the disappointment, go out of your way to go to another jimmy John’s if you can. They have some of the most incompetent, lazy workers I have ever seen in my entire life working here.

This is the worse Jimmy John’s and staff ever, especially the brother with the locks, mustache and beard, who’s always there! Don’t care About you, no hello when you walk in, take their sweet time to finally ask you what you want, don’t pay any attention to what your saying you want on your sandwich, because you have to tell them as they are making your sandwich step by step again! Oh and the lettuce was old and brown, so we threw half away but took the lettuce off what we did eat! This is it, the Last time and I live close by but I’ll drive out my way if i want another JJs sandwich! This will be put up on social media, so everyone that don’t know will know that this place Sucks! Good night JJs

Went in for lunch today. It’s been years since I’ve been at a Jimmy John’s. I ordered I paid and not only did I not get the pickle I asked for I didn’t even get any napkins. Luckily I was still there and I asked for them both.
Everything else was just fine.

I visited to get a sandwich I ordered a couple weeks ago. When I got the Italian club last time it was amazing. This time it was the opposite. The staff where mostly sitting around the lobby. One woman made my sandwich while another walked circles around the kitchen talking LOUDLY on a FaceTime call. She did this from 3:18 when I came in until 3:50. The woman would walk circles and pretend to be busy. But was really just talking on the phone. It was disturbing.
2. THE SANDWICH had so much Cesar dressing I had to wipe most of it and the veggies off my sandwich in order to taste anything else. If I wanted to drink Caser I could have gone to Walmart and bought a bottle much cheaper.
Conclusion This Jimmy Johns is normally good but today it was definitely not. They need to find more crew like the ones here the last two times I visited.

Does this place attract a trendy crowd? Yes. Nice people, great sandwiches. The kicking ranch makes everything better. Perfect pickles too.

I swear any large chain restaurant or brand can come to Raytown and immediately become the worst location in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Doesn’t matter if the company has policies and procedures. If you open up a location in Raytown you will get the worst of the worst employees and your business will suffer. I wish I could come to this restaurant and things would be in order. Food is never done even when you give them 20+ minutes to make a sandwich. Ordering ahead here it’s not really ordering ahead. Every time I do that, I end up waiting for my food to be made right in front of me. Sort of negates ordering ahead

Food was awesome. I did and online order for pick up. I arrived about 15 minutes after the order was placed. I arrived the food had not been started. So paid and I filled my cup and sat down. After 10 minutes another customer came in and ordered the same sandwich I did. As he paid he was handed his sandwich and was on his way. I continued to wait another 5 minutes before I asked if everything was ok. The older gentleman asked the name on my order, I informed him. And he asked the young woman about it. She snapped and glared at me saying that what I’m working on. So another few minutes go by and the new guy was just staring at all the finished food like he was high or something, the older guy was professional however flat out lied with the excuses he used. Its whatever the other two put him in a bad spot. But the customer service was rude and insulting! Hence the 2 star! Would have been a one start for customer service alone had the food not been so good.

The service and speed for mobile orders is the best I have seen for fast food. Order for pickup and every time it’s ready by the time I get there and I’m in and out in 30s. Never need to go to subway again, jimmy johns is higher quality, faster, and cheaper.
