Dunkin’ is going for the Starbucks crowd, this one has tables and chairs set up and a couple of them even have power outlets nearby. So instead of dealing with the Green Siren people, I’m getting coffee.
Ordering on the app, a special deal on the Avocado Toast today. A good portion of avocado on their sourdough bread and topped with Everything Bagel seasoning. Coffee was good (and super hot) prepared as requested.
And they’re out of Large Cups. I was here for a while and you’d think maybe they send someone to another Dunkin location to trade? Nope. They’re just out of Large Cups.
Wifi worked well, power worked well and other than the cup issue, all good.

They still make Decaf Americanos where most others stopped because of new machines. The manager there is Exceptional and runs a great crew. They are the only DD that makes my coffee better than I would.

Every single day there is something wrong with our hot coffee order. Today it was cold and had cream in it, instead of milk as ordered. Most days there are coffee grounds in the bottom, and it tastes old. Worst location in Torrington, unfortunately it’s the most convenient for us.

This is one of my go to Dunkins. They always get my order right. Usually staff is cheerful and polite, however, it is hit or miss and I can always tell when the employee either loves their job, or dislikes it (that is everywhere though). In the end, I can’t complain, I’m not there for anything else besides my coffee. I tip regardless and hopefully that helps out because I know they aren’t getting paid as much as they should be.

Yes, it would be nice to have more tables to sit at, but I understand that some people need a chance to truly enjoy their coffee because that may be the best moment of their day. Even the best place to be at all day for them ❤️. We all have different things we are going through in life, so always remember to be as kind as you can

Something is not right with the staff here at night. They use the drive thru speaker to accost women working at the KFC next to them. I was in the line around 8pm on Aug 10th when I heard the staff at Dunkin donuts calling the girl from KFC that was sweeping disturbing names. IDK what’s going on with the staff here at night but it’s very disturbing and the message I left for management fell on deaf ears. So if they’re willing to cat call and say rude degrading things to staff next to their store I wonder what they would be willing to do to a customer they find rude. So beware you might be getting something extra in your coffee that you don’t want with the staff here at night!!!!

Very fast drive-thru, but they did mess up on the ice tea and gave us iced coffee. I did go back in and told them that they gave me the wrong beverage, they smiled and apologized and gave me the correct beverage. They weren’t upset about it like some other places would. Will go back again

Two people working drive thru and ignoring the front which is where I was. Ordered coffee with extra sugar and cream.. waited another 5 minutes to get that while he waited on the window with the other person there.Coffee had very little if any sugar in it…threw it away because of course I was already gone by the time I found that out.Luckily, I dont live down there so,I will know not to go to this one again since they had only two cars in drive thru and me inside,yet they could not handle that. Well, at least everything was nice and clean in the store!! Haha

The staff here are SO unprofessional. They’re always yelling obnoxiously in the business to each other even though their less than 5 feet away from each other. I sat here for a little bit and heard every single swear in the book come from every single one of the staff working that day. They need to learn good customer service and maturity for sure.

I agree with some of the reviews, especially Emily’s. The staff IS very unprofessional..including the manager that was on duty. We will never be back!!! Although we have always loved DD this one was horrible. My husband and I are an older couple and frequent DD’s maybe once a week. We recently moved to this area and this one is just managed wrong. We went in and ordered 2 #1 specials, the young male (obviously in training) took our order. It was for 2 coffees 1 hot, 1 Iced both medium with 2 donuts each. I paid and he said to wait at the other counter. He came and brought 2 donuts that we had not ordered. I asked what was in the bag, he said your special donuts. I told him we wanted 2 old fashioned and 2 jelly with our order. He said this is the ones for that special…Since when can’t we order the ones we want? Then a heavy set girl who was working drive thru came over and asked what the problem was then said they were out of old fashion and probably had 1 jelly. OK so I choose 2 other kinds. We went back to wait on our coffees and she took the bag the guy had put on the counter with the wrong donuts in it and looked and said there is only 2 donuts in the bag. I said well, he made a mistake as I ordered 2 specials. She got rude and said well you didn’t pay for the other 2 donuts, the manager, thinner girl said thats right!!. I looked at my receipt and yes she was right, but by him charging me full price for the iced coffee, it worked out to almost the same money as the special. I took the coffees and bag and went to the table with my husband. I went for some napkins and there weren’t any. I asked the young man at the counter for some napkins, he looked around the counter seeminly confused. The manager came over and said they are over there, pointing to the direction of the counter with straws etc. I said there isn’t any there, her comment was I’ll get them in a minute. This store was not busy at all for 10 am and quite frankly I can see why. This manager and emplyees need a class on being professional!! And at the very least be reprimanded by a regional manager. for their conduct being so unprofessional that they are losing business.

Order was ready quickly and made correctly. Had carmel.ice coffee and iced tea so not complicated, but surprising at how quickly it was done given the amount of people in line for the drive through and people in store.
