Chicken is super tender and well cooked, the cheese sauce is delicious, but whoever was in charge of seasoning the fries tonight… they were having a time. fries were so seasoned it felt like it was burning my mouth. they have options to select whether it’s less seasoning, regular seasoning, or extra. I selected regular. Would never want to know what extra is like. Couldn’t even finish half the small basket of fries, mouth is literally tingling from the amount of salt.

Purchased my boneless wings combo on December 3, 2025. The fries were not hot and had a hint of sweetness. The chicken was mostly gristle, like 75%. I came here once before in 2022 with a friend and the food was just as bad. I don’t see myself returning here for sure and I’m probably not going to any other Wing Stop locations either.

I walked in about an hour ago today to get lunch. There’s 6 employees & I’m stuck directly behind a lady complaining for several minutes that her order is wrong. Instead of just 1 of the other 5 employees coming up front, I was forced to wait to place an order. Several minutes later it’s my turn to order. I placed my order, I PAID for my order. They eventually told me it will be at least a 20 minute wait for my simple order of wings & fries. Why??? There’s someone slowly filling the ice dispenser instead of helping with orders… I have a 30 minute lunch break, so i was forced to walk out without eating anything & didn’t get a refund. It was unbelievable how slow everything ran there. Never will I return here again.

Last night I ordered a 30 piece combo meal for my husband and I to share. I paid extra for all flats. We didn’t get all flats like I paid for. If I pay for something I better get what I paid for the first time. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE ! Employees are so lazy. I ordered our food at 11:10 and they close at 12 which means it wasn’t that long til they started closing next time I better have all flats if I paid for it.

Making an edit- after ordering; I ordered Cajun fries- with extra seasoning- the seasoning was nowhere to be found and the portion wasn’t even enough to cover up the wrapping paper.
Disappointed with this restaurant and the employees should have fewer conversations and be more prepared in the back.

Extremely disappointing. I visit Wingstop all the time in Virginia and I have never received wings with fried feathers on them or small deformed pieces of chicken. I will never go back to this location again.

For the past 2 nights we’ve tried to get Wingstop. It’s a favorite because they’re open so late and my husband and I work nights and get off late. They don’t answer the phones what so ever. Their hours on Google state they’re open until midnight, as well as, their big “wing expert” sign stating they’re open till midnight. They have a small sign on the door saying they’re open from 12-8 now, but nothing else is updated. It’s almost 10 and they’re still here. If they close at 8 they should be cleaned up, closed, and gone by 830/9 at the latest.

If you’re going to run a business make sure you advertise appropriately and Brittany and if you’re going to close down early why don’t you change the information on Google and when you do close down early if you have employees inside the business let them answer the phone so they can provide the proper information to your customers because since you open this company you have run it like s*** and I am actually a local owner of a company here on the island and the way you run your business is quite ridiculous. Why don’t you put more time into investing in your company instead of sitting back collecting money and doing a s***** job at running your company
