We ordered lunch here last night and we were impressed with how the food tasted. We understand it is a new location and they were extremely busy. The young lady at the drive thru was very nice and accommodating. We got the beef barbacoa tacos and they tasted great!

I had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients tasted high quality, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and worked quickly, so the line moved fast even though it was busy. The guy who served me was kinda short though. Five stars sir.

I don’t even want to give the place one star. My family loves Chipotle and we’re excited to see this new location open. However the guys on the grill were just hanging out, we couldn’t get chicken as they were playing as opposed to focusing on the food, one guy began sneezing all over the chicken on the grill and did not wash his hands. His friend did tell him to wash his hands. We decided to leave peacefully however they cheered and were happy with less customers to serve. Never again!

This is the first time I’ve have eaten at Chipotle. I ordered a spicy chicken burrito and it was stone cold. It tasted like I just pulled it out of the refrigerator. Staff was very friendly though. I doubt I will ever go back. We live 1 minute from this restaurant so there is not enough time for the food to be that cold.

Came the second day of opening. Was thankful to have one open closer. But that ended quickly. The staff is trained very poorly. They have no idea how to cut steak properly. The guy put out three little cut up steak which were giant cubes and wasn’t enough for 3 bowls. Can this company start to care about their customers. Because opening a new store with poorly trained staff isn’t a good start at all.

Visited the newly opened location and had a disappointing experience. The service was slow. The portion sizes were noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other Chipotle locations in the Tampa area. Additionally, we inquired about a military discount and was told they do not offer one at this location although they honor this at many other Chipotle locations.
