We used to visit Lonnie Q’s years ago and were so sad when it closed, but his son has done an incredible job bringing it back! He’s stayed true to the classic favorites everyone loved, the BEST cheesy potatoes, flavorful pulled pork, and the unbelievably moist and tender smoked turkey, while adding his own flair with new menu items and a great breakfast lineup.
All of the employees were also wonderful! The front-of-house staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The owner even came over to chat with us about our experience and make sure we were happy. He seems like such a genuinely nice guy who’s passionate about carrying on the legacy and building Deano’s name with quality, delicious food.
Give them a try, you won’t regret it! I kniw we will be back!

I had the turkey sandwich with cheesy potatoes and zesty slaw. The turkey was so moist and not too smokey. The potatoes were amazing (especially if you eat a bite with a jalapeno and some meat). And I’ve never liked slaw but that zesty slaw was so good I ate every last bit. We took some cinnamon rolls to go. I can’t wait to eat them. They look so good!

First time eating here. The smash burger is really good! I’ve never cared for slaw on anything, on the side, fine. However, the slaw & jalapeño together is really good. I thought the cheesy potatoes were better than Lonny’s but Al said they were the same just more consistent. They are really good. The French fries are like shoestring fries, (my favorite) are delicious too. I had a great lunch. Thank you very much, & we’ll see you for breakfast soon.

They try hard. Cozy roll was good. People were Great. Pleases don’t actually think you’re gonna get good breakfast here. Biscuits were Harder than rocks, soupy packet gravy w potatoe ol’ lay rounds as hash browns. Is sub fast food and don’t know truckers could stomach. Felt Bad making my dog try

This reimagining of Lonnie Q’s by Lonnie’s son Alec has a lot of what I missed in addition to new features like breakfast and Saturday hours.
I was also looking forward to trying the chopped cheese which did not disappoint as well as the zesty cole slaw.
Certainly worth a visit. Looking forward to coming back and trying the cozy roll (cinnamon roll relative)!
