Very disappointed with this location. Refused to make me food! My order through the app glitched. (Not the fault of this location) OK so I ask what the solution is and she says sorry there is NO solution. I say I still want food can I order? She says “IM SORRY WE CANT HELP WITH THE APP” I say I don’t care about the app I want to order food. She says “no” seriously? Like if the app doesn’t work I can’t be a walk in customer?

They’re understaffed and clearly the store is suffering. Poor guy behind the counter looks like he’s in pain and they do not have enough people to enforce the mask mandate. I asked the sub maker if he was gonna have the guy in the store without a mask put one on and he literally said “I won’t be able to make The food if I have to pause to do that” which is understandable. The owners need to do something about this it’s pathetic and I’ll be contacting cooperate. Not wearing a mask will cause people to die. Do better.

Stopped in about 10:30 a.m. while taking a road trip. No other restaurants in the areas lobbies were open just drive thru, was also in need of restroom facilities, was able to use theirs and dine in, which was nice. I got a tomato basil wrap and boyfriend got a power bowl, which he really enjoyed.

Always love the salads at subway! Just stopped here in Ithaca to get a quick salad for lunch. Wow the little girl that waited on me should not have been in customer service!!! I entered into the place and she immediately said to me “you want a sub”! Not even a hello or how are you. I said no a salad.Then the next thing she said “what do you want?”
