I was not impressed with the order I recieved. The amount of avocado that I had on salad was pathetic! My friends same salad, had more avocado, but still a pathetic amount for the price of the salad!! The particular salad costs more, BC of the avocado?! I had to take my salad up, and mention a list of ingredients that were forgotten. They even forgot the salad dressing that goes on the salad?!

Went with my son for an early lunch and was so impressed by the quality of service and food. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They brought me my food seeing that I was holding a baby and then came back with a straw to be helpful. Went to leave and a guy came up from the counter to help me get the dishes and took over for me. The food was great, sandwich was packed full of yummy, the soup was delicious and my son loved the broccoli cheddar soup and smoothie. Lovely atmosphere, grateful for such a great establishment.

We came in to make a to go order and placed it on the tablet at the front. They forgot our apple and we did not notice after we had gotten into the car so we turned back around to get the part of the order they forgot. When we told them they forgot it we got no apology. They did give us what they forgot, but an acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have been nice. Then we got home and our sandwich’s we’re mainly bread and nothing really on them photo for reference.

Stopped at the drive-thru to order a souffle and a couple of bagels at roughly 10:30am. I was told they were out of everything I tried to order. This is the second time I have experienced this issue. They have lost me as a customer. I can’t understand how they have no bagels. They ran out, I was told. Maybe they should prepare better and have enough product to actually meet the demand. Poorly managed store or chain.

I hadn’t been in a Panera since the lookdown, and it was quite a shock. I ordered my previous favorite, French onion soup. It had 4 lonely little croutons and no melted cheese top. Very disappointing, not what I remembered. I got the stacked roast beef bagel and it had about 3 tablespoons of small pieces of roast beef, not thick and overflowing bun as picture. Some wilted arugula and mystery sauce, and it was inedible. My friend got a chicken sandwich he said was cold and tasteless. For this I paid $23. I will not be back, another favorite bites the dust.

Has to be one of the best Panera breads we’ve been to. Probably stop at a Panera bread three times a month.

Visited the Greenfield location for the first time today. The location is very nice and clean! Service was great. We had the broccoli cheese bowl and also a bowl of creamy wild rice soup. Both were good, however the broccoli cheese bowl is definitely our pick out of these two options.

They were quite busy when I went, however they handled the order quickly and in a timely manner. I really liked that they had a cane sugar pump bottle. The doors however aren’t independently accessible, and there’s a pole blocking the top of one of the ramps up. If you enter in a wheelchair or walker I suggest using the Patio door rather than the main door.
My favorite feature was the screen by the pickup area. It made it easy to know when your order was ready, and is accessible for those who struggle to hear in a noisy environment.

Great selection. The employees were very nice and our order was correct. There were several groups sitting outside as the weather was nice so the outdoor area was nice if you enjoy eating outside. Our group of six ordered several different types of items and everything came out as expected.
Restrooms were clean. I feel that’s important to note.
