Very rude customer service. I tried to call to ask a question if they had a certain item and she hangs up on my face and she will not pick up the phone and I try to call many times. My wife had made an order about 3.5 hours in advanced, when she showed up, she had to wait. A long time in line, just to be told that her order could not be found. Then she had to wait about another 1.5 hours. No one communicated to her the status of her order, was completely ignored, and when she finally asked, the answer was ” I dont think we have that many”. The Customer Service is horrible, and they have lost all future business from us.
