This place is worth a visit whether you’re local or drive in from out of town I tried the Brisket Burger which came with crinkle fries and the Mac n’ Cheese. The food is made to order so there’s a little bit of a wait to receive it, but it’s worth the wait. I enjoyed everything that I had, especially the fries! And I met the owner, Mr. Muhammad, who was nice to talk with and learn about the history of the restaurant from.

I had the krack wings and hook’em up fries and my food was amazing ! I also got a side of mac and cheese but as good as it looked I wasn’t a huge fan only because I like mine very basic and this had some added seasonings in it …. The owner was so genial and I enjoyed the small talk while I waited for my food . The other customers that were eating were enjoying their food as well. The place itself could use a little pizzaz but again , the friendliness of the place and the awesome food makes up for it . They didn’t have dessert when I went but I’ve seen some advertised since then and I will be back for it !

I saw this restaurant posted in The Real Arlington Foodies group on Facebook. I decided to give it a try. It reminded of somewhere I would eat at in my hometown of Baton Rouge. A little inconspicuous building. Brother Muhammad welcomed me as soon as I walked. I had my mind set on the burgers and catfish, but only if the catfish was real. Brother Muhammad told me that the catfish was real and I ordered a piece à la carte. The catfish was the real deal and the burger was homemade just the way I like it. It was fried hard without me having to request it. The fries was good, too. I came because I saw a lady post about the restaurant in The Real Arlington Foodies group on facebook. But, I’ll be back not only for the food but because I met a man that stands for something, values his family, and has great character. Peace and respect to Brother Muhammad and his family. I wish them well.

Got the chicken basket with a side of green beans. Chicken was nothing special, feel like I can get the same thing from any other chicken place. The fries had no seasoning at all. The green beans was flavorful tho.. My opinion for the price it should be better food!!

We were greeted with a very friendly person who helped us figure out what to try out today! We got the triple threat with the Mac and cheese and let me just say, this was easily one of the best things I’ve tried! Highly recommend! The brisket is so flavorful and the wings are perfect!! The mac and cheese was so good too! The burger with the grilled onions was amazing!

Absolutely delicious! I have been hearing about this place on social media for quite some time and finally decided to try it. Very happy that I did. I had the fish basket. Fish was fresh and well seasoned. Absolutely no complaints. My daughter got the 6 piece wing basket and after one bite, she said she wishes that she had gotten a larger basket, lol. Service was awesome as well. The owner, Muhammad, was very personable and seemed to enjoy talking to all the customers that were there. Very appreciative and humble gentleman. We will definitely be back with the rest of the family for another visit soon!

Run by a really nice and accommodating family with excellent customer service! The catfish is perfect and crispy and delicious, but what takes the show are the hookem up fries! The brisket is so Smokey and tender it’s amazing! The portion are also great for the price! You can feed 2 with the fries. Get to this place immediately and show them some love! 5 star every visit!
