I was on the hunt for local food trucks to try and stumbled upon Villa Pasta. As a pasta enthusiast, I knew this was the truck I had to visit. I chatted with the owners, who told me they opened in June. (Wishing them all the best!) I tried their chicken marinara with fettuccine, and let me tell you, the pasta was incredible and not a single bit soggy. It was handmade, which is a huge bonus! The chicken was cooked to perfection, and they generously loaded it with cheese, which I absolutely love. I also tried their Texas Knots, which were warm and soft, topped with pieces of garlic. They were simply amazing! I highly recommend Villa Pasta to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be returning. You guys have earned a loyal customer!

DEEE-LICIOUS! It was like ordering the most yummy food from a restaurant. We had fettuccine with sausage, nanny with delicious dips, spicy meatballs, and garlic knots with the best marinara sauce. The marinara gives you a sweet, peppery taste with a Lil spicey kick. The pesto is amazing and the portion was do great I had leftover pesto for next day. The fettuccine noodles have amazing texture and thickness and are accented with a yummy sausage mixture that makes you want more. We will be back for sure!

The food is soooooo good. They make fresh pasta (not out of the box stuff) and you can taste the difference. The specials are creative and delicious. The owners are so sweet and such great humans. Highly recommend. Plus you get some live music. How is it not a win?

I normally don’t like zucchini noodles, but their zoodles are amazing! Firm, fresh, and delicious. I usually pair it with their Pecan Pesto sauce. Good, fresh food combined with friendly service. Great for dinner while at the villa or takeout.

Great homemade pasta. I’ve eaten there a few times and tried a few different items. Had the chicken parm last night and it was great. The pecan pesto is also amazing and uniquely hill country.

I ate here with my wife today and I got food poisoning, I’m leaving the review because that’s all I ate today – their pasta garlic knots and a beer . Rn 3:20 am I’ve been up since 1 am throwing up ,drinking water and all comes back out , I have chills and starting to get fever. I might have to go to ER if it gets worse.
