Been here a few times. Always a good experience. They have many food options and snacks. Portions are good too. Prices are still affordable. I bring my six yr old here because they have a kids menu and they’ve been accomodating everytime.

I never had a bad experience until this last time I went. I don’t come often because I don’t live in the area. I normally get chilaquiles with meat and eggs. They normally come with beans and rice and charge me extra for egg and meat. Well this time I didn’t receive any beans nor rice. The meat was more fat than meat and when I called to ask about the beans they said I have to ask for them when I never did before because they always provided rice and beans with chilaquiles. I was so disappointed because I was craving the food and made the travel to pay $40 worth of chilaquiles with half the meal missing and served now In half containers. Tacos and burritos were amazing! Rice and beans I have had better but they were still delicious. Staff was friendly but I did feel like I needed to speak Spanish..but I wasn’t scolded for it. It was a nice experience and pretty good food.

My husband and I stopped here on a whim after leaving the airport and I must say the food was amazing! We were greeted with a smile and they were very patient, kind, and helpful as I ordered in Spanish. (The mango Agua Fresca is a must try!) We enjoyed the chips and salsa as well as their outstanding asada tacos. They were happy to ask how we liked everything and of course we let them know it was so good. So happy to have found an authentic taco spot with so many great options. We vowed to make dining at Gelatinas a regular trip 🙂

OMG the best Mexican food in this area, i have tried everything on the menu and it is delicious. Sometimes I order a milkshake with different flavors that they recommend and its always perfect. you have to come and see for yourself how good this place is.

My husband and I go for the green juice, which is delicious, but recently, the customer service has declined. Once, we literally had our lunch without the drinks we had asked for as soon as we sat down, we ended up getting the drinks to go. We came back a few times later just for the juice and we had to wait at 20 min for that juice!
