Ordered delivery, requested they handed me the order. They didnt. It was sitting outside in the rain. Missing 6 dipping sauces including the icing so no one enjoyed their cinnamon bites. Food was cold. Waste of $40. Sat on hold for almost 20 minutes .

A long piece of hair was threaded through my entire stuffed cheesy bread, making it completely inedible. What a waste of money. Don’t employees have to wear hair nets…??? Wish I could post the video of me taking apart the entire thing showing the piece of hair running through it.

They will cheat you if you don’t check your order before you walk out. The store manager had the audacity to ask me why I wanted a refund when they had made my pasta without sauce and they added a chicken piece on my vegetarian pizza. We returned the order, lost our appetite and these people killed our Sunday enjoyment. Better go eat or order your pizza some where else. Good luck with this business. Frankly I would have given negative stars if possible.

This is the second time I’ve received undercooked pizzas from this location, despite selecting the “well done” option during the ordering process. For my most recent order (Order #: 266876), I made sure to request my pizzas be well done due to past issues. However, when I called the store to address the issue, I was told that because it was a Friday and the store was busy, they do not honor well done requests.
This explanation is both unacceptable and unprofessional. If a store is unable or unwilling to honor the options provided through the Domino’s ordering system, then those options should not be available for customers to select. Otherwise, it misleads customers into believing their preferences will be met, only to receive subpar service.
I am a regular customer, I value consistency and quality, but this experience makes me question the standards being upheld at this location. It’s deeply disappointing to be told that service quality is sacrificed just because the store is busy.

If you’re looking for great food, low prices & friendly staff, look no further! This domino’s is on point! We always get it delivered and let me tell you, they never disappoint!! Food is delivered very quick, fresh & hot! Best Domino’s we’ve ever dealt with, hands down!! Great job guys & gals, do your thing!!

We went to the Frightland Halloween event and stayed until 12:30 AM. Everyone was tired and hungry, so I found a nearby spot and ordered a thin-crust vegetable pizza and a regular chicken pizza. Both were delicious, and the staff was great.

If I could’ve given 0 stars I would. On Friday I called and was told that I had to place my order online. After placing the order online 1 hour later I received an email saying that my order was canceled. I called and spoke with the manager Evelyn and was told that she could not price match my order but I could pay regular price and the next time I called in my order would be comped. I expressed to Evelyn that I was nervous and asked if I needed a coupon code and she stated no. I called in today and asked if the credit was on my account and was told no and that the manager Morgan was too busy speak with me. I then asked for the area manager number and was immediately hung up on. I then went into the store and asked to speak with Morgan. Morgan reiterated that the credit was not on my account and that “Evelyn does this all the time” and that I could call in at 5 to speak with the area manager. She also stated that there was nothing that she could do and that she couldn’t give me the employee who I spoke with earlier name because “he’s not all the way there”. I have never seen a business ran so poorly. The managers and employees need training on customer service and I will never order from here again.

I got a brand new debt card and ordered from here. Then got a notification that an additional $50 was charged on the card. I canceled that day but 2 days later someone tried to charge $497.00 somewhere in PA. I never used the card anywhere else. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
