We are the country HOTSPOT in Lancaster Ohio. We offer 4 pool tables and Karaoke through the week with DJ’s and Dancing on the weekends. We have a large dancefloor and a outside patio. Free popcorn every day and seasoned and talented bartenders. We keep our bar super clean and have been a staple of Downtown Lancaster for 50 years!! Stop in and see us!!

I used to be a regular there always tipped well . I seen this bar going down hill . You guys have lost alot of customers. There’s barely ever people in there . The owner refuses to play anything but country . Its kinda imatchure in my opinion not everyone wants to listen to depressing music all night . A bar is supposed to be uplifting . It smells bad in there . I dont know what you guys did to the drinks but they arent being made right anymore . I wont be coming back . It sucks to see it go . But man you need a new owner that bar has gone down hill ever since . Used to be the hot spot . Now you have an empty dance floor and a couple old people and thats it

Love when DJ Nate plays at O.C. He Definitely gets everyone hyped and dancing, super fun time! Usually very prompt service from the bar if the crowds not too big that night.. also they have 4 pool tables to play on..

I have been coming to this bar for a few years. There is always so much violence, to a level that’s insane. I’ve seen people get shot, stabbed, punched in the face, I mean all kinds of thing. I mostly just keep to myself or with my small group of friends. The other day I was there and this bartender (whom is newer) told several people (all but me) that I was sitting at the bar selling drugs. This is a complete lie. I went to confront her, she refused to talk to me. I then asked the “head bartender” and she said she would review cameras. They never reviewed anything, and the cops showed up.
Nothing ever came out of it. This place is so rude, create drama for no reason. The owners should reconsider who they have running this place.

Bartender is rude and unforgiving. Snatched my beer from me after it was paid and refused to give it back or give money back. Not even a drunk just a regular that she seemed to have forgotten about. 0/10 do not recommend. They will steal money from you

Bartender is rude!!! She does not care who comes back. Once they have your money they have it and do not care!! I would only suggest you come here if you enjoy getting treated like the dirt on her shoe. I’ve seen better customer service from McDonald’s AI robots that don’t know what they’re talkin about. Food served is only roller hotdogs and popcorn. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Bartender is very rude. Had multiple people walk out tonight due to her negligence and failure to do her job. This used to be the best place in Lancaster to meet up with your friends. Bad customer service has ruined this place. I will never be back.

TLDR; OC bartenders are super rude. Skip this place and go to Bootleggers or Fairview – their bartenders are great.
Walked in with friends last night with a water in my hand from the last bar we left (bootleggers). Walked up to the bar to order a drink and the bartender said she had to take my water. I bartend in the summer so I understand the implications of letting outside drinks in your establishment. I handed it over with no argument and asked to please have another water. The bartender dumped my water, turned around and started chatting with her friends on the other side. Didn’t take our drink order, didn’t replace my water. So we left and went to Fairview.
Later, my girlfriend returned to the bar to see if she left her vape there. She was met with attitudes from both bartenders for asking if she left her vape at the bar? We heard stories all night from everyone saying the bartenders at OC are horribly rude.

I had to move around the whole bar because the service can’t hear because the Dj Dork was playing it so l Ioud it was ridiculous, after 5 mins holding the 1 beer i could get because the staff can’t hear. I actually asked the bartender that it was ridiculously loud and she just acts like she can’t hear me.

On Saturday nights, Orange Carpet Inc attracts the worst trashy patrons I have ever seen. I stayed in town nearby in September within a few hundred feet of the back alley of this bar and we heard insanely loud noise until 3am at night. Drunk people hollering, yelling, and cussing aggressively, revving their car and motorcycle engines so loud it sounded like a jet engine, and drag racing through the adjacent main street. Something is seriously wrong with a crowd that things it’s ok to do this in a residential area. I hope this place closes down or implements new policies.
