If I could do zero stars, I would. This location sucks! Myself, my wife, and our daughter went to Trooper road at 8pm, on 2/3/26. 1 other customer was in the building. We stood at the register for at least 3 to 4 minutes as employees walked by and looked at us. Finally I guess an employee drew the short straw and had to take our order. My daughter ordered a bowl with rice, beans, and steak. She got the last of the steak. My wife asked if they will be making more steak and was told by the employee that they are not. The resturant is open for another 3 hours. How are they going to do that? Tell the other customers that they aren’t going to make anymore steak? I was reluctant to pay for my daughter’s bowl, as I was not happy about this interaction. I paid, but we left and went to Qdoba down the road and had a much better experience. This location on Trooper road in Audubon, PA needs to be closed.

I honestly don’t understand how this Chipotle is always out of something. Every single time I come here, they’re missing a main ingredient not some random topping, but major items like chicken, steak, rice, or even guac. It’s gotten to the point where I almost expect to be told what they don’t have instead of what they do.

It’s really frustrating when you’re craving something specific and then have to completely change your order because they’re out… again. This isn’t a onetime issue it’s been consistent. Inventory management shouldn’t be this hard for a chain this big.

Love Chipotle, but this location seriously needs to figure it out. I shouldn’t have to roll the dice every time I walk in.

We have yet to have a bad meal at any Chipotle location we’ve visited. Speaks for their consistency.
Being a “you choose the fixings” style makes it easy to customize for those in your group.
We’ve tried all the various offerings and liked all. Those in our family needing to eat gluten free find this a safe and dependable place to go.
More than adequate portion and decent value puts us in the repeat category!

I agree with the person who said this place needs an audit from corporate. There is 1 person running the entire store. I’m talking cooking, assembling burritos, and fulfilling online orders. No music on. One of the doors was locked. If this place isn’t closed yet it will be in a month

This is hands down the worst Chipotle and restaurants I’ve ever been to. Twice I’ve been here, twice they were out of Pico de gallo, sour cream, corn and more. They look at you and mumble ‘we out of that’.

Go get more then, no way you have no more in the back, lazy as all hell. Won’t ever be back here again. Get some staff that will speak to the customers and be ready to help them out. Every here looks like they are about to jump off a bridge.

Building also has food scraps all over because staff doesn’t clean up. Fix your store. Wish I could give 0 stars. Way to expensive for this sort of behavior and poor food.

*edit: got hone and fou d they never put beans on my food. Worst service ever.

Not exaggerating, WORST CHIPOTLE I EVER BEEN TO. Never coming to this location ever again. They desperately need to have a secret corporate audit or something to get it together.

Came in 1/13 when chipotle was offering free double Protien when you order on the app. Wasn’t given. The steak was cold, and was way overly salted to the max. The person checking out, he was on his phone. The staff was talking loud enough to where you can hear their co conversations. Music was unnecessarily loud.

Went here all the time. Quality fell off drastically! Idk what happened to this restaurant. Use to be good, food cold, no sour cream or hot sauce by 6pm on a Monday, how?

Go anywhere else but here.

This Chipotle is… Disappointing at best. I have ordered here numerous times and have found myself crushingly disappointed in the quality every time. I don’t know why I keep going, I suppose in hopes that it will get better, but it never seems to.
The employees, they seem disinterested at best and upset by your presence at worst. When you walk in, even if the store is empty, they all roll their eyes and make you wait there until they finally find a sacrifice to go and talk to you. Look, I know you’re working a minimum wage job, but have some professionalism, behaving like cranky toddlers any time someone steps into your store is ridiculous. If you’re going to act like that, you might as well find a job where you don’t have to interact with people. It’s a shame that management doesn’t correct behavior like this when it is so clearly an issue. The culture must be dreadful if so many of their employees are miserable. It’s horrible having to interact with them, they barely acknowledge you and basically throw your food at you to try and get you out as quick as possible. If you have any questions or need help with something, you get heavy sighs and aggressive responses. I wish I could pinpoint one person, but this issue truly is the entire store.
That’s not even getting into the food. The portion sizes are a complete and utter joke. They barely fill up a bowl when you order the burrito bowl. It costs too much to shortchange customers like that! I know this is a problem at a lot of different Chipotle’s, but it seems like it has been especially bad at this one. If everything is an upcharge, at least ensure I am getting the proper amount of everything. I also have to wonder how fresh everything is. The last time my wife and I visited, we both ended up getting some pretty nasty food poisoning. Considering Chipotle was the last thing we ate, we have to assume that it was caused by them. Maybe double check your ingredients and make sure everyone is washing their hands.
The lobby is also a joke. The tables always seem dirty and they barely have enough space for anyone to sit down and enjoy a meal with their family. It’s very awkward and makes it far easier just to take it home and hope it’s not cold by then.
I’ve been to other locations around here and they’ve been exceedingly better. The employees are friendlier and the portion sizes are much much more reasonable. I think I’ll stick with the other locations, clearly this one needs some work. Maybe hire some more people, or maybe a change up in management is needed.

Mostly rude disgruntled employees. Don’t like your job? Quit and get a new one.

Used to like and go to this place a lot.

Learned to not like it.

Place is usually dirty and unkempt.

Where’s the manager? I took the last fork.

The GM need to be held responsible too.

I’ll try the wrong that just opened down the street. Fingers crossed. Free hair and queso there so they say.
