I got home after a long day hoping to get a good meal in and have a good night and I open my taco bell bag and I come to realize that my that my burritos had been wrapped horribly. And I asked for extra nacho cheese sauce, and they charged me but didn’t do it. I am VERY displeased and VERY upset about this experience on this now dreadful night.

I’ve gone here on lunch break after online ordering 5 times and only been open for 3, whatever it’s closed I get it. But this time it’s open and I grab my food, guy hands me a cup for me to fill my own drink. I get back to my job site to eat and find I have no fork for my potatoes, and no sauce. I’m annoyed at this point and I go to eat my Crunchwrap supreme and there quite literally isn’t a single piece of beef. It’s all lettuce and tomato. I’ll drive across town at this point. At least my order will actually be made and made properly waiting for me to pick up. Not to mention one time it was closed I went through the drive through to see if they just forgot to unlock the door and this lady just tells me we’re closed if you couldn’t tell by the doors locked. Pathetic.

Just went to pick up a mobile order and place another order when the parking lot was dead. Not a customer in sight. The guy was so rude my friend and I were baffled. He interrupted me when I tried to order, saying he couldn’t process both orders at once. I was like what. He was like yeah and I said soooo do you want me to loop around and he went yes because of his “times.” So unprofesh. So I was like sure, again, baffled. We got my order, and they were out of my friend’s drink. Whatever. We looped and the guy was lecturing me AGAIN when we pulled up because I “didn’t stop at the box” when I saw him literally 10 seconds ago and told him I’d loop. Which was my idea because he straight up acted like he couldn’t serve us at all, and I was the one to suggest I would loop. He was just yawning at his screen and said “those are my rules.” Like what. The quesadilla being cold and unmelted but $6 was crazy work too. Will not be going back to that location. I wish I could say he was high while working but tbh by experience would have been better if he was. It was so wild my friend and I just went dead silent when we drove off and then started dying of laughter. What do you mean.

Went to this location after a 10 hour shift at 2:30am, all I wanted was some Taco Bell I usually have pretty poor experiences with the food at this time, but there was a younger Woman working that was making the food and made my food perfect even when they were out of beans and the drink I wanted she fixed it and like I said MADE MY FOOD PERFECTLY! And quickly too I highly recommend giving this woman some recognition I unfortunately didn’t get her name

This Taco Bell has gone downhill since their last manager left. They do t have what they advertise. I ordered something from there one time and the cheese wasn’t melted, the tortilla was coming off of on the paper. The people that work the drive through talk way too fast and interior you. I’ve heard this from multiple people who go to this specific one.

I’m over Taco Bell. I don’t know if it’s this location or just the company overall but their food has gone down hill. Portions are smaller, quality is low and prices are too high. They advertise good prices online but if don’t use the app and just hit the drive thru they charge you twice as much. That’s just stupid.
It does help them that there’s a great Mexican food truck right next. Yes it might cost more but they actually cook the food instead of whatever pre cooked and packaged thing taco bell is serving.

Not only the girl with pink hair in the drive through taking our order was extremely rude and very pushy by rushing us through our order . Was extremely rude at the window shoving the drinks to my face before I can buy them but they pretty much squished the hard shell tacos this is very disappointing. I myself love Taco bell but it seems like they are just going downhill lately which is very sad I wouldn’t spend a penny at this Taco bell ever again until they get their act together

The girl who gave me my food was incredibly rude, no smile on her face no happiness just completely rude. She was the younger blonde girl and I was unsure of where to get my drink cup and she pointed at the ones on the counter and went “bro just grab one of those” and rolled her eyes at me. I can’t even rate the food as I never received it. The girl working there refused to acknowledge me even being there and I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes until I said hey can I get my burrito, then when the girl working couldn’t handle the question she got way rude so I asked for my money back and she still kept yelling at me saying how rude I was. I am a paying customer in a public restaurant I would like to be treated as such.
