So glad they reopened this Subway. Everyone is always pleasant and the store is clean. Was waited on today by a crew of young men who were so nice and were making me laugh as they were critiquing each other’s sandwich making skills as they worked on my subs.

This location used to be decent. Lately, it’s hit or miss and my sandwich order is usually wrong. This last time I brought it back and was told “I wasn’t here when it was made and there’s nothing I can do about it.” What?!! You mean except remake it and give the customer what they ordered? This is a very odd approach to customer service. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to Mars Hill and get great service without the passive aggressive attitude and where my sandwich order is usually right. Avoid this location. They even wrote “literally plain” on the sandwich, snarky and rude for someone who can’t make a sandwich correctly, which by the way was STILL WRONG.

Worst subway in NC! Ruined our sandwiches with mustard! We had less on the order and it was literally dripping out of the wrapper! Bearded, Ponytail man with no hair net or face covering making the sandwiches and extremely rude when we called the restaurant, and complained Eat at your own risk!

The subs were good,didn’t take long. The only complaint I have is when we arrived there was 3 employees behind the counter with no one ordering subs and almost every table looked as if they haven’t been cleaned for two days and the floor were horribly dirty. Someone needs to clean the place. This place just open with new owners so I would say this isn’t a good start in my honest opinion.

It’s subway. It’s exactly as advertised. That’s nothing to complain about either. New management, but at the end of the day it’ll come down to whether or not they can keep staff. Hard to do n burnsville apparently.

I ordered a sandwich and I accidentally ordered mayonnaise on it on the app. which was totally my fault Google hasn’t updated Subway‘s phone number yet so I could not contact them to make the correction before they make the sandwich so I got online on Subway® chat to try to find a resolution to the situation by the time I’ve arrived. The manager who was so kind had seen My Subway chat already remade my sandwich And gave me The new phone number for the restaurant And also tried to reach back out to me about my order . she was so very accommodating definitely deserves a 10 star.

This place is ALWAYS out of something. Lately, it’s been sweet tea they’re out of. They think that pure leaf crap is passable as sweet tea. It’s enough tocause me to go somewhere else.
