I love giving great reviews. Unfortunately, this isn’t one. We sat inside for 18 minutes with not even a pleasant greeting, much less service. I understand being short handed. There appeared to be 3 workers. A simple cheerful greeting would have kept us. The menu prices were ridiculous anyway. And the bathroom floors were filthy, a toilet tank lid was sitting on the toilet seat and at least one stall was out of tp. Keep driving. . .

$9.50 for mediocre lukewarm mozzarella sticks with cold sauce. rest of the food was decent, chicken wrap, double bacon cheese burger, and kids tenders. Waitress was nice but never offered a refill or asked how food was. Mozz sticks took 25 minutes, meal took 40 minutes to come out. 8 people included 3 of us. Absolutely ridiculous it took that long. 3 people came in, sat a a booth at least 10 maybe 15 minutes and weren’t even acknowledged, so they left. Glad the food was at least decent. Handful of gambling machines, few guys drinking and playing, if I wanted that I’d go to a tavern.

Great restaurant! Real nice service/ personnel! Clean food & restaurant. We’ve stopped here a few times now when we’re running a load this way. Reminds me of how our breakfast/lunch corner ma & pa’s places once were. I seen someone complain about how long their food took to cook on a review? We got breakfasts to go (truck drivers) & we waited maybe 10-15 mins, thats all, & to us that’s about how long it should take. You’re ordering food from a restaurant not McDonald’s lol, & fast food joints take longer than we waited here. We live in such an impatient world now.

Today I had lunch at the George Webb Restaurant located at N2636 Kadal Lane in Peshtigo, Wisconsin. It adjoins the Eagle Express service station. I ordered the patty melt. It came out quickly. It was tasty and the order of fries that came with it was more than enough. The counter attendant was very nice and checked on my meal and anything I needed frequently. A nice place to get a nice meal at.

Truck driver has not eaten all day knowing he is going to make it to Eagle Express before they close. 7:40 trucker walks into restaurant and is denied service. Unacceptable. He is told they close in 20 minutes. Typically burger and fries takes less than 10 minutes to make.
Typically when I go in and order i leave a $5 tip no matter what. How many repeat customers do you have to deny service before you go bankrupt without a job.
Thankfully door dash will deliver. $12 tip included to door dash. It is worth it.

Amazing place. Great waitress and awesome food. Really great chicken tenders. The 1949 burger was awesome. Very crispy and salty on the edges. But very good taste. Some of the best food I have had in some time. Also. Some of the best chicken tenders I have had in some time. Probably top 3 of all time.

This is clean well kept restaurant, and my waitress Alex was friendly and efficient. The menu offers many breakfast options, and the pricing is typical to the area. The food was well displayed and piping hot when brought out. The only detractor was the eggs, which were supposed to be over medium, but we’re quite runny. The decor is vintage and fun, and the eating environment is casual and relaxing. Sadly, the ownership does not honor veterans with a discount as many of the area restaurants do. Due to the vintage feeling of the restaurant, I would also suggest they have music that compliments that ambiance, not hard rock from the 1980’s. Pay them a visit and see what your experience is.

Our waitress was very forgetful and didn’t completely do her job. The manager on duty helped us a lot, so that was very nice. Our order also came out wrong and waitress wanted to be argumentative about it. Food was decent at least.

On May 17 at 2:53 PM we visited and ordered to go two grilled chicken sandwiches with fries at the George Webb Restaurant in Peshigo, WI. We paid $29.54 and a $5 tip. The sandwiches were inedible. The chicken was cooked in an oil that was old and tasted terrible. The fries were undercooked. We had to throw the sandwiches and entire meal away. This is unacceptable.
I complained to the restaurant by phone and was told that the gentleman could do nothing and to call the next day. I called the next day and the manager said she would have to call her manager to see what could be done, still I had not received an apology for inedible food.
Next, I sent an email according to the George Webb website and complained , leaving my name and phone number and again no response.
I’ll never be back that’s for sure.
