The fact this place has 3.9 stars and not 1.9 is crazy to me. 15 hour working day, then charged 40+ for the worst pizza, soggy fries and half a wing. Not half an order of wings they are considering broken half wings as wings. This place should be sued and they should put the manager in jail it’s that bad. If I was a betting man I’d put my life on they reheated a canceled order and sent that to me. See pics that are included. No way a fresh baked pizza have 0 grease under it. This is 3 day old refrigerated pizza at best.

After seeing the new Cheeseburger Melt all over my news feed, I knew I had to try one. First, the restaurant specifics – the food was hot and ready on time for pickup, perfectly prepared to the recipe, and handed off with a smile. No complaints.
The melt itself is a good cheeseburger experience. The crust is thin and crispy, which might not be what you’re looking for compared to a soft bun. The dipping sauce is a pretty standard variety, though a little more mustard forward than I usually prefer, but had good flavor. The real surprise were the fries. Oven baked and perfectly crisp, I would choose them again over the boneless wings.
Is it a “better burger experience” as advertised in the trades? No. There are certainly burgers that I would choose over this, and others I would put aside in favor of this melt. It falls somewhere in the middle, and that is not a bad thing. I would certainly order it again.

Always friendly hard working employees. The prices are reasonable not too expensive. No complaints on my end.
My only complaint is the new item. $9.00 is too expensive. You can get a full Costco pizza for $10.00. This should be $4.95 btw it isn’t this thick.

I’m pretty sure I ordered a pizza eith chicken and bacon not a crust dipped in a little sauce Happens everytime at the branch.
Gave this place another shot. Still terrible. Go to the pizza hut in North olmsted this place is garbage haven’t had a good experience here. Figure waiting a few months would give them time to get it together. We’ll they didn’t. Don’t waste your money here. It’s terrible.

The Wilson
The pizza is serviceable and it is consistent. I used to love Pizza Hut, but now just like it. They are trying to make their pizza healthier by not using as much grease in the crust, but then now it’s not even Pizza Hut anymore. I remember buying pizza hut pizza during school lunch and it was the best experience you could have a kid. No offense, but I don’t want my pizza to be healthy… I want that greasy crust from way back.

I get food here all the time. They’re great. Except today I ordered extra toppings and paid for extra toppings just to get home and see there’s hardly any. Ordered extra bacon and extra sausage. There’s an average amount of sausage and maybe 3 pieces of bacon, hardly. I’d upload the photo I took but I don’t see where to do that. It’s only a dollar or whatever for extra toppings but it was still dissatisfying to see a whole slice with nothing on it except for cheese.

The person who helped me with my order in the drive-thru was very friendly and my order was ready right on time as the site depicted it to be ready. She ended up giving me one item different from what I ordered. This employee went above and beyond by delivering the correct item to our home to correct the issue; so we didn’t have to pack our kids up and turn around to go get our desserts. Even though I wish she would have taken the tip we offered, she said no it was her mistake and that she couldn’t accept the tip. The food was amazing, hot and exactly what we expected if not better. Overall it was a great experience ordering form this location.

I ordered one item to pick up. I pulled into the drive thru and not one person acknowledged me. I sat there for over ten minutes before I parked and went in. Stood there..only customer in the store for several more minutes until one of the 5 people got my order. I understand it’s busy on a Friday night but to not even say a word to a customer is ridiculous. I won’t order from here again.

Occasionally, I will get pizza from this particular Pizza Hut when I have company over, because the wings are always great and the pizza, even things like the Stuffed Crust (which are not always as easy to get right when cooking) are always good. This location does not disappoint. I would eat here more if the pricing was a bit lower, but as a treat, it’s excellent.
The food is well made, the store is clean, the staff is pleasant and I have no complaints. Not all Pizza Huts are this good.
