This is the worse sandwich I have ever purchased and the most expensive. I got the Nashville hot Mack and cheese sandwich and some wings. I paid $50 and DoorDash wouldn’t give me refund. I can tell it was cooked in old oil because it tasted fishy and the sandwich itself was so bland. I took two bites and got grossed out. What a waste.

When they first started the lobster mac and cheese was amazing made with REAL lobster. Now… Its fake. It has some weird breading around the “lobster” and taste awful. Taste like dry chicken. Sad they changed. Probably was too expensive but oh well. Was fun while it lasted

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. My lobster Mac and cheese looked nothing like the picture. My fries were super cold. Wings were extremely greasy and never got my dessert. Would not recommend wasting your money like I did.

My dogs dog food honestly taste better than what I was served. The bread wasn’t even cooked nor was the brisket. The cheese was not cooked either it was still cold, I had to cook it myself. The photos of the food on the menu are no where close to what they serve you. Absolutely two big thumbs down I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy… 0/10

Horrible service!!! Placed a door dash order and when I arrived at the pickup time the food just now being put in because they “ didn’t notice an order was put in” we were given no communication about my order until I had to track down an employee to ask and that’s when I was told they were just now making it. Keep in mind they were not busy, had maybe 5 customers in there.

1.5 hours waiting because they’re “running behind@. Here’s an idea: STOP TAKING ORDERS. Stand by for additional review if the food is cold, tastes bad, or is anything less than what one would expect with the $100+ I spent. UPDATE: Doordash driver was told at 7:47 my order would be done in 30 minutes. Driver just sent a picture with an empty counter and still no order. Called the number listed on their website: guess what: got a message that basically said the number doesn’t work. At this point, I’ll be heading down for a full refund. Notable is the reviews have dropped from
3.1 to 2.9 since I started this review. Also of note is I have yet to find a response the positive, much less negative reviews. Appears this establishment will just keep doing whatever until people quit patronizing them.
