The dude in drive thru window on February 1st around 2:30 he’s always on point great service, speed and patience when ordering. Seen him a few times before and always great. Worst nachos I’ve ever gotten from a Taco Bell. And an even worse drive thru parking lot design. Had to hold up the line in order to let out 4 cars of the parking lot. If not, they would have been boxed in.

called asking if i could have a sauce swapped out and the counter person went from saying that it would be a upcharge (which i have no problem with) to saying that it’s been suddenly sold out for days and i can’t get it at all… which was odd because my partner said he got some literally earlier that day…. i used to be able to swap out sauces for no upcharge but the counter worker was extremely rude and condescending! i tried to refund my order from both over the phone and online but it wouldn’t allow me to… overall they usually have great food and good service but whoever was on the phone was extremely disrespectful.

I was there at lunchtime about a week ago. While I was there, another customer was in the drive thru and had made an off-hand comment to his wife while they were waiting about how people don’t want to work minimum wage jobs anymore and it’s hard to find people to work. The employees were apparently listening to their conversation and misconstrued what the customer said. The person who I’m assuming was the manager on duty proceeded to get on the headset and say something along the lines of “excuse me, are you insulting us while we’re making your food?” The conversation devolved from there as the employee continued to not understand what the customer was trying to say, and the understandably upset customer then came inside where the manager continued to be condescending and rude.
Having worked as a manager in the customer service industry for many years myself, I can’t imagine handling a customer interaction like that. It was incredibly awkward for us and the other family inside, and if the manager had just kept his mouth shut, everyone would have been happy and had a good dining experience. Even if the customer had been “insulting” the employees, that is absolutely not how to handle that situation, my goodness. I sincerely hope this manager gets some training on resolving customer disputes.

Idk it’s taco bell it was ok..it’s not like it’s taco johns or anything. I had a Quesadilla and it was actually quite good otherwise I think everything there tastes the same..so this was a surprise to me it had it’s own flavor way to go taco bell.. and I am glad for their late hours

Employee was very rude when asking for cup. Another Employee handed food but not cups at all. When asked for cup. I got a eye roll and a rude Employee. Also asked for no tomato and got them. There is a allergy to them. But when employee refused to take orders I guess that cant come across a computer
