Been coming to Willy’s since 2001, and this is one of the best teams I’ve ever seen. When this location first opened things were pretty rough, but a new manager came in and turned everything around, and it has been rock solid since then.
I come in at least once a week. The food is always fresh and tasty (and affordably priced), and the people are fantastic. They call me Mister Tofu because they see me coming and know what I’m ordering Love these folks and look forward to seeing them every visit.

Shoutout tall older guy, short older woman, girl who works the register, bandana guy, and everyone in the back, I love eating at this willy’s, which is consistenly the best among all the willy’s I’ve been to. The food is always fresh and eating area/salsa bar is always clean. Employees bring a great environment and are incredibly friendly. I’d sooner die than see this fantastic location shut down.

Stopped by Willy’s and everything hit the mark. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and made right. What really stood out was the service: Manager Eddie came by to make sure everything was great, which says a lot about how they run the place. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the experience.

Heaven On Earth
This is the 2nd bad experience in the past month with your manager Joseph. I visited today after you all gave me a free entree after my experience on December 15. Today was good until I had to go back be my queso had congealed by the time I got home. I had not noticed the condition of the queso because I asked the young lady at the register to add to my order. I should have checked before leaving because it was Joseph who was fulfilling the order.
When I got home, only 3 minutes away and opened the queso it was not edible. I immediately returned to the restaurant and of course Joseph was the first person to say something. He knew the crap he gave me. He went on to say it was cold outside and that they serve at room temperature. I explained that I purchase all the time and this never happens, that if he cannot make it right…that I wanted a refund. He went on to say we don’t give refunds; however, he would make me another one. He made another one and handed it to me, no apology…nothing. That’s when I asked him for his name and asked if he was the manager.
The food not being properly cooked and heated can cause health issues as well.
Before I could even get out of ear shot he made a smart comment. I am done with this Willy’s location. It is apparent this business owner is going to let Joseph run their business into the ground. It is so unfortunate. This was once a nice and a place that I frequented.
I hope that the owner sees this review and others & do some serious training.

This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST WILLYS LOCATION! The staff and management is very attentive and polite. The manager Joseph is very helpful and great customer service. Also The steak is not fatty or chewy and well seasoned.

Customer service was great! My daughter didn’t enjoy her meal (not because it wasn’t good; she’s picky) and the Manager accommodated us with no problem. My family and I visit this location often and are never disappointed with the service or food!

One of the cleanest and well stocked Willy’s i’ve been to! Despite most of the reviews, this Willy’s was very clean and well stocked with menu items, veggies, utensils, salsas and drinks! My first time visiting this location at 12:00 (Lunch hour) and I was greeted so kindly and had my food in less than 3 minutes. Staff was very kind and greeted me upon entering. I love Willy’s customizable options! Lots of fresh veggies and vegetarian options. Delicious! Great job team! Working fast food can be very stressful, but your hard work is not unnoticed!

My experience at your store #35 in Smyrna, GA. I visited at 2:47 pm on 12/15/25. The young Caucasian male with the long hair is very unprofessional. He kept engaging in conversation with the other employees while they attempted to assist customers. Very distracting and rude. I had to tell the young black male that I had not completed my order because he was so distracted by the other employee. The only employee that was kind was the young lady with the pink hair. Do better.
