Food was awesome! I got the Oy vey and I was full half way through the sandwich, but it was so good I had to finish. My wife got the Jerusalem and she loved it. The sandwiches are a better value than the bagels , but the bagels are also great.

We ordered online from Frankfort Beach for lunch. They estimated when our order would be ready and it was just a quick walk from the beach.

I tried the Mecca sandwich and it was great. They have a nice selection of tea, lemonade, and Great Lakes kettle chips. They let us add a few things to our order when we made it there for pickup. Would love to try a few other items on their menu.

We absolutely adored L’Chayim Delicatessen and hope to return as soon as we are back in Frankfort. The homemade bagels are some of the best we’ve ever had. We each ordered a sandwich on a bagel, the deli meat and cheeses were sliced fresh and to order. In addition to sandwiches the deli offers pastries, daily soup specials and some food offerings. In addition to our sandwiches we also tried their cherry danish which was the best we’d ever had. We could dine at the deli everyday if we could!!

We had a great lunch at L’Chayim. Good selection of veggie sandwiches, as well as beef sandwiches offerings.
The potato salad and coleslaw were also good. The staff was friendly and the shop was clean and tidy. Forgot to take pictures before we started eating…we were hungry!

The sandwiches we ordered, a Reuben and a Tel Aviv, were delicious. The ambiance could have been a little better, but hey, it’s a deli and they 100% nailed that part so 5 stars. Recommend.

The sandwich I ate, Tripoli, was delicious. However, the tables were not cleaned off nor were any staff seen from behind the counter. The ordering, picking up, paying process seems like it could be simplified as we had to stand in line three times: to order, to pick up food, then finally to pay. Each time the line and wait was longer. This was with only half the seats being used. I can’t imagine what the wait would be when busy and full. My wife also saw the staff grab some coleslaw, for a sandwich, with her bare hand.

Great little place for bagels in the morning and delicious sandwiches for lunch. We especially loved their homemade garden vegetable cream cheese, with chunks of yummy, crunchy carrots, green onions, and celery.
Their open time in the morning is supposed to be 8, but it should say 8:30. Both times I came at opening to get bagels, they were not ready to open yet. I and 3 to 4 other customers stood around waiting until 8:20. Just a heads up in case you have some place to be. Plan ahead and plan to wait.

Husband got a 1/2 Rueben sandwich and it was huge!!! The flavor was superb and he would highly recommend as it was absolutely delicious!!! My onion bagel was exactly as I remember from when I was a child. Had it just as it was (no butter or anything on it) as it didn’t need it.

Will definitely return.

This place sucks!!!!!! No cups or ice for drinks and no napkins available to use. Table was dirty when we sat down and the counter girl acted like it was a big inconvenience to clean it off. Then she sprayed my wife down with the table cleaner. What the hell! We live in Frankort and we won’t be back. These young people can’t be bothered to work and I really find it aggravating that they take the summer tourist business for granted
