We haven’t lived in Corinth for years, but we still think about Mike’s cheesecake. We’ve tried so many others and nothing else compares or even comes close. Mike’s plain and strawberry cheesecakes are both amazing and they’re hands down the best we’ve ever had! They’re the perfect texture and not sickly sweet. My husband grabbed a couple today and it made my day! Highly recommend!

PROs: Great location. Mike was very kind and has a great personality. Pastries are good. Wide variety to choose from. Other bakeries that are skim on the fillings. Mike’s bakery is not. The almond paste was thick and spread throughout the pastry, loved it!
CONs: No indoor seats, that’s a fyi for those expecting it. But we didn’t intend to stay.
Great visit with Mike exchanging stories of the East Coast and grandkids. 🙂

The best way to kiss the Old Year adieu is with chocolate. All I wanted was a muffin but found the CHOCOLATE BOMB. Packed with chocolate mousse and a touch of cheesecake at foundation. It was love at first spoonful. Mike’s supplies spoons for chocolate addicts like me. The delectable mound of chocolate desire never made it home. I will dream sweetly tonight. THANK YOU MIKE’S BAKERY! I AM SO IN LOVE!

This bakery right here is a hidden gem. Normally, I don’t eat strawberry cupcakes because they are usually bland or taste like box cake in my opinion…
But I tried them here today due to their limited menu options on a Friday evening.
The strawberry cupcakes are just TOO delicious!!
I bought two – one for my husband as well. Come to find out, he doesn’t like strawberry cupcakes. (Welp, more for me! LOL)

Thrilled with how my daughters birthday cake turned out. It was absolutely perfect for a little girl in love with cheetahs. It was incredibly delicious too and so glad we went with fresh fruit in between the layers. It was a perfect combination of flavors and the vanilla cake itself was so delicious.

We tried a few desserts, they were alright, but the one that stood out was the Tres Leches in a cup. That was so good and I highly recommend it. The Tres Leches Cake was also very good, but very small for what they charge for. It was about $7. I could get a cheesecake double its size for $8 at Cheesecake Factory.

Came in and got a strawberry cheesecake and a red velvet cake for my friend’s birthday. Fantastic service from Mike’s son. Amazing selection of cakes.
We were stunned when we looked at their pastry section filled with beautiful croissants, danishes, etc. We will definitely be back to try everything.

Mike’s was awesome!!! Ordered their b&w cake with instructions for writing on it; along with a couple other pastries after they had closed through uber eats, from another state to be delivered near Mike’s Bakery. The cake turned out amazing and they did just as I described in the written instructions and had it there in the allotted time slot (which only gave them a few hours to make as I ordered for following day after they had closed).
Highly recommend!
