God awful service! Who ever was on closing shift for 8/28/25 needs to be retrained. Went through the drive thru, they said our order was ready. I pull up to the pick up window and yes I see my order right there on the counter in the store. I see 2 employees laughing and chatting while I’m honking trying to get their attention. Check your cameras, I was honking for a good 4 minutes before they noticed me. As soon as they open the window no apologies, no acknowledgement of their mistake for goofing around instead of doing their jobs. Worst location with the worst employees.

Clean, roomy interior with plenty of tables and chairs. Nice airy patio with plenty of tables. Abundant parking. Friendly and courteous staff.
If you plan to sit outside, I suggest having a hoodie. Anytime may be windy and cold, especially if you’re there with toddlers or kids.

Only put 1 star because it wouldn’t take a 0. Rude employee at register. Rude employee handing over order and the order was wrong. Parking lot sucks and every driver there today was impatient.

This is the best Starbucks hands down.
Drive through service, no attitude from the baristas, and plenty of room to sit and enjoy your beverage.
These baristas truly get the meaning of teamwork and customer service and need I mention they serve a pretty damm good cup of joe.

This Starbucks gets it wrong MOST of the time. I’ve taken 3 sips so far. I did not ask for extra ice. They fill the cup to the top with ice and the drink tastes weird.
It’s also extremely annoying to order an oatmeal, but because you didn’t remember to “AsK FOr a SpOoN” they do not put one in the bag. EVERY OTHER drive though (and the Montrose location) includes a spoon without me asking. I’m kinda irritated with this 6$ cup of ice. :/

My experience there was so wonderful the girl at the drive-thru was amazing she actually had me try something I’ve never had before and I’m 56 years old LOL

The location was off foothill in the date today is June 3rd and it happened within the past hour 11 Am ish….

I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves the compliment and everyone to know how Awesome she is !!

I gave her a $10 tip that’s how awesome she is !!

Totally mediocre Starbucks location. Customer service was nice but took like 15 minutes to make us a brewed coffee and an iced americano with only a few people in the store I understand that the drive through might be the priority, but just felt remarkably long of a wait time for what ended up being below average Starbucks drinks.

Not my recommended spot, in all honesty. I’d recommend a different Starbucks location with quite a few others on Foothill, just based on my experience today.

I visited this Starbucks on September 15 around 6 PM with my family, ordering seven Venti iced coffees. After 25 minutes with no updates, I asked about our order and was given seven Grande hot coffees, which were not what we ordered and we hadn’t been called.

When I pointed out the mistake, it was clear the staff had taken our order wrong. Instead of apologizing, they responded with visible frustration, claiming they made the order as received. Despite asking them to double-check, they continued to serve other customers while we waited another 10 minutes. When our order was finally ready, it was still incorrect—five Grande iced coffees and one Venti iced coffee.

The staff’s attitude was consistently rude and dismissive, and there was no manager in sight. It’s shocking that such a terrible Starbucks exists here in La Cañada. When people go to Starbucks, they pay not only for the coffee but also for the customer service. I want to tell the owner of this Starbucks: Please hire competent staff and provide proper customer service, so customers are charged fairly for the coffee and the service that comes with it.

Came to this location for drive thru. It’s shut down for some strange reason. I even tipped with lack of customer service.
The guy looked at the cup and put down but didn’t call my name. I sat and waited he didn’t even try. I said him did you not know how to say my name? and he smirked and turned his back to me and kept working. My coffee didn’t taste right but oh well. I won’t be back here again.
