This is the only tropical smoothie I’ll go to. Staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. Smoothies are consistently delicious. Fruit on bowls is always the freshest. My kids get hot food and it’s one of their favorite order out dinners we do.

I used to like tropical smoothie a lot but when I went today, I asked for a couple bites and they try to charge me a dollar for it… I don’t even think McDonald’s says that lol maybe I’ll be going to smoothie King from now on I can’t believe I had my own water bottle and they were gonna charge me a dollar just for ice because times are tough these days or they Just had four customer service, but they get one star from me and I probably will not come back if anyone wants a cup of ice water be prepared… Ridiculous

The smoothie was beyond sweet… So im not really sure what ingredients they actually use…..Not very customer service friendly…. They use no gloves… And dont wash hands… The one girl was wiping her nose with the back of her hands and proceeded to making someone’s food….First time at this type of smoothie spot… Probably wont go back at all….very sugary and sweet….not natural fruit smoothies….nice clean store…cool atmosphere….not busy at all…thats probably a bad thing…..but sorry….I would not recommend this location
