Th is Starbucks was very clean and well organized, staff was very friendly and helpful and tried a mango dragon refresher with peach juice instead of water and 2 pumps vanilla and man it was so good! Highly recommend this drink I ordered!

I mobile ordered a venti white peppermint mocha from them, when I got home, I saw it was only 3/4s of the way full. This is ridiculous. I paid roughly $6 for a drink, I expect it to full. When I called and complained, the guy who answered the phone had the excuse that “sometimes the foam on lattes goes down”, however, I never told him what drink I had ordered; all that I told him is that I ordered a hot drink. Not to mention, my drink tastes mediocre, at best. I constantly have issues on the now rare occasions that I visit this location. I recommend avoiding this Starbucks at all costs.

I have ordered matcha tea at this location, and disappointed. I had full foam for first 6 to 7 sips, didn’t even mix properly.

“Starbucks: Where the sun rises, but your dark roast dreams set by 10AM! If you’re craving a morning pick-me-up, prepare for disappointment as their coffee lineup hits snooze early. And if you dare to venture in the evening, be prepared for a wild ride on their ‘spicy fresher lemonade coffee drink pink finale perfume tasting bar’ (say that five times fast!). And don’t even get me started on their Americano mishaps – it’s like they’re speaking a different coffee language! But hey, at least it keeps life interesting, right?”

Visited Tuesday, 11/9/22 around 5:10 pm, the two female barristas were very rude. The one at the register rushed me to order,, I was never offered food items like it’s customary at other locations; the other girl was grouchy and rude, put out the two hot drinks without sleeves and the cup smeared with caramel causing my hand to become sticky. Both females seemed annoyed and not happy to be working there. Starbucks needs to demand it’s personnel give great customer service at all times despite their personal issues. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Once again I’m impressed with the staff at this location, Kira is awesome and I enjoy seeing her smile.. on more than one occasion the staff knew my name when I walked in the store.. I enjoy the location for the simple reason it has no drive thru so it is not a typical Starbucks production facility that has robots working for them. Just kidding they are probably overwhelmed..

This location is trash. All 3 times I’ve been here the drinks are ~75% full and it doesn’t seem like they follow the recipe. I feel like most Starbucks locations make the drinks I order consistently (I don’t change what I order often), but this one has missed the mark every time. I would avoid—there are other locations near enough. This one is closest to my apartment, but I’ll drive the extra 3min to Sepulveda from now on.

Starbucks is a place I’ve only recently begun to visit. I’ve always had a preconception of it being some toxic environment from all of the “don’t talk to me until I’ve had my coffee” jokes and similar talk. While there are still undoubtedly some bad apples occasionally, the staff are always kind. I’m always excited to stop by, set up my laptop, and relax with a drink.
This location is on the smaller side, and when it gets busy, I often find myself unable to find a seat. It’s unavoidable, though, and it’s still a cozy little shop.
