I kindly asked the cashier if they can cook my Plantspired steak with separate tongs, because im allergic to poultry and she looks at me and tells me that its the same thing lol. I had to explain to her that it was not the same thing and she repeated her self again, very rude. And then I told her if she can just please ask the kitchen what I wanted and I just felt so uncomfortable with the way the service. Never again to this waba grill.

I went in there to order my food. This lady in the green was obxiously loud, talking with the cashier. When it came to take my order, they STILL continued to have a conversation as she was taking MY order.
She mixed something up as I order and I corrected her and the cashier had an attitude.

Service is okay but the cook in the morning was no good didnt cook the salmon well, he tossed the plate also , really small piece of salmon for 11$ . For a really good salmon you guys should try golden bowl on beverly.

This location does NOT have the quality/taste as all other locations. The presentation and the taste was off. Food contamination for sure my broccoli tasted like Salmon and I ordered a Chicken Veggie Bowl. They need to be aware that there are people that have food allergies and it can mean death to some. Hope the owner/chain read this post and visit this location to improved the way they handle different type of meats otherwise you at risk of a
lawsuit. Dissapointed, money wasted.

I’ve been frequenting this place for over a year now, at least twice per week. The girls up front are always cheerful and seem excited to see me, even calling me by name as I walk in the door. They are attentive, quick and always willing to walk the seating area making sure my order is alright and that everything is clean.
The food is great, the girls are the extra perk that I enjoy so much.

The food is yummy and healthy and for the family meal it’s a great deal. $28 with drinks. One large container of chicken, 2 containers of rice, a container of veggies, 10 dumplings, and 4 bottled drinks. * if you go to the one in Commerce they say it has to be soda but the sign says bottled drinks. Other Waba grills I’ve been to let you get any bottled drink.

I had the chicken salad. The dressing was good, the chicken a bit dried out, the salad was fresh. Quick service, friendly staff. As we were leaving a gentleman came in with his guitar and started playing live music. Nice

This place is small and the moment you walk in the floors a bit sticky and the tables to does anyone clean up here? And some of the chairs are somewhere else or missing because other people take them and don’t put them back to were there supposed to be and sometimes they take your chair without even asking it..Other than that the food isn’t that bad for its price and the employees here need to learn how to clean up this place.

Rice was a bit hard, I asked for extra waba sauce & the girl wanted to charge me 32 cents then 25 cents for extra sauce. Told her no way we usually don’t pay extra on other locations. Will not be going there again.

I love it when all I have to do is pick up the phone an place my order then drive over in a matter of minutes as soon as I walk in there it is my order to go fresh. Always Courteous and polite when I get there with smiles on their faces and never needing to ask for condiments because they already have it in my bag of goodness
