This is the best Jersey Mike’s hands down. I typically order through the app for delivery & whenever I have an issue, the manager solves it every time, I didn’t get his name but he is AWESOME! No hassle, no problems. The best location!! I had an issue with a driver stealing my order and the manager rectified it immediately! I come to whatever Jersey Mike’s is near because they always have elite food and service. Yesterday I ordered my normal meal a chicken bacon ranch nothing special. I got home not only was the sandwich a turkey club when I went back as I figured I got the wrong order only to be told I am looking for something free. I figured okay maybe this happened at this location allot so I showed my rewards account where the main thing I order is the sandwich I expected I was told that if I wanted another sandwich I would have to pay. This is insane I paid for what I always order and to be treated like I’m some sandwich scammer is insane. Worst part when I scanned my rewards I got no credit so I asked can I have a receipt I was just ignored and the man at the counter said here we go again. Avoid this location I love the food this one isn’t even close to providing accurate food or owning a simple mistake.
