Ordered dinner from here paid $51 actually and got everything home and the spicy chicken that we got was well over cooked and non chewable tastes like rubber and hard as well as the child’s meal, one chicken tender and no fries for a kids meal is crazy, Not pleased with this food or portions Do better.

I’ve been here a couple times, and service has been poor every time. Apathetic service and attitudes. Like we’re bothering them.. So strange. The prices are pretty steep… Why is a sweet tea so much?.. Insane. The app is garbage and double charged me and didn’t honor the coupon. It was refunded after a couple days, but the manager or whoever was no help. The food was small portioned, but decent. The dining area is mostly clean, as were the bathrooms. I don’t know if I’ll be back. The “rest stop” locations tried harder imo. Maybe after some restructuring or the word around changes.

No soap in either of the bathrooms. Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches. 2 spicy & 2 classic. None of them were labeled so we had to play Russian roulette on which ones were spicy. Dont understand how fries are more expensive than a chicken sandwich. Had to wait 3 minutes before anyone came out from the back to take my order. Should have walked out after I seen the bathrooms had no soap. Gross to think that the employees are using the bathroom and not washing their hands with soap

Staff here is completely unprofessional and have lack customer service skills.. they act like you’re bothering them when it comes to asking for your order, will be on their phones when you’re trying to talk to them with ear buds talking to people and its not even like a serious conversation they are having personal casual phone times when you’re trying to ask for their help and get an attitude with you if you dare even ask for the drinks you bought that they didnt give with the order and further attitude if you ask for condiments. Like Jeez so sorry I want to buy food and give you my business how inconvenient of me I guess to ask you to do what you get paid for

Stopped for a quick sandwich on a long road trip. Was very much looking forward to popeyes in Dunkirk as it’s one of the better locations. Arrived around 1040 and it still wasn’t open, doors were locked and no service at the drive thru very disappointed because all posted signs said it would open at 10:30

This place has some serious staffing and quality issues. Based on all of the reviews left on Google in its short tenure in Dunkirk, a corporate team should have already investigated/audited the restaurant with the franchise owner and either corrected the issues, provided training, or fine the franchee for non-compliance. Seriously, no joke at all: Do not eat here.
Placed order, they lost the order, several people came and went, even a family came in, ate and left, and I still didn’t have the 2 sandwiches and sides I ordered. Went to the counter, the guy said I left. I told him I didn’t leave. He said, yeah you left. I said NO I DIDN’T LEAVE, I WAS SITTING IN THAT CHAIR FOR A HALF HOUR WAITING FOR MY FOOD. I then told him it doesn’t matter if someone leaves or not, you don’t speak to someone like that, and if they already paid for the order, which I did, YOU MAKE THE ORDER!
The “Area Manager” was there, and we explained what happened to us with the parolee cashier, and he apologized and gave us free small drinks. We got the food, everything was technically correct, but the sandwiches were cold. The sides were warm.
2 things: if someone was recently released from jail, or if they speak nothing but street slang, I would highly encourage management to provide customer service training to help the individual out. It is worth the investment. Also, make sure you are watching employees in the galley area where the food is being made. A LOT of BS going on back there that customers can hear, but not see.

I was so excited to eat delectable chicken tendies with some magnificent barbecue. That dream was stolen from when they forgot my sauce. I had to raw dog tenders which is basically a sin. Other than that not bad.

The customer service was terrible. The guy who was serving us was rude and aggressive, and clearly didn’t want to help or fix the problem properly. Our order was wrong, and on top of that, the food was bad — cold and rubbery. The chicken we ordered for our child was completely inedible, it was tough and chewy like rubber. We will not be coming back and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Guy at the front was pretty aggressive, another couple in the restaurant had went up because they didnt get their sauce and the guy basically yelled at him. Said he didnt order it, if he ordered it it would be in the bag and then just wouldn’t give him one. Guy just wanted a honey mustard and the worker was super rude to him. Food was luke warm at best, not fresh or hot. Overall didnt like it, first and last time I’ll probably go there.

I went here on opening day and I got my food within 10-15 minutes. Food was wonderful!!! Service was great. While we were eating they asked if we needed anything like napkins and that stuff.. I ordered meals for 4 people and it was only 60 bucks. Not bad for 4 people and buying all meals. We had to park in the parking lot for the complex since the parking spaces were full and we had a plow on our truck. Definitely going to be here a lot since Popeyes is now local!!!
