Honestly, it’s pretty rare to have major issues at this location. But here we are. In short, I placed a mobile order for three different items and upon arriving 30 minutes after placing the order 2 of 3 were completed. They forgot the wings. They quickly jump to make the wings fresh, which ended up taking another 30 minutes, and while I was waiting in the lobby for my order to finally be completed, I witnessed two other online orders come in and pick up their orders and walk out, and another walk-in Pizza order to where the gentleman’s credit cards were declined twice, which I promptly offered to pay and take care of his pizza. His pizza? Yes, it was created from scratch and came out and left the building before my order was even completed!
Now, that I finally took the food home after one hour of ordering of a carryout order, the wings were inedible, and the pizza items were 1 of 5 stars.
Not sure what has happened over the years at this location, but with 7+ Pizza competitors in the area, I wouldn’t be shocked if those locations start to receive more business. I’ll definitely be checking out those competitors, and if you’re reading this, maybe you should too…

Sadly my go-to pizza spot has changed. My last three experiences have been terrible. Ordered pepperoni and bacon – see pics for two pieces with on pepperoni on each and no noticeable bacon. Previous order was similar. Order before that was a delivery that was never made “because they didn’t have a driver and no door dashers responded” BUT THEY DIDNT CALL TO TELL ME THIS. I could’ve picked it up had I known but when I called 45 mins after ordering I was told the pizzas had been sitting there waiting for over a half hour. Worse yet – I don’t know her name – but the manager was indifferent and didn’t care to try to fix or address any of my issues each time! I love Jets, Green Lantern, Dominos, and even Little Caesars – so at least we have other, much better, options. Sad to see them take such a terrible turn for the worse.

Let start here I originally attempted to order using the customer service one line ordering service I was disconnected in between placing my order which prompted me to call back and press option two to be in contact with the store itself. While driving I start feeling nauseous; , I was riding with an Italian sub meat only no vegetables, however I am a vegan. I ordered the veggie sub. DISGUSTED during the ride home to open it and be angry with myself! FULL OF MEAT NO VEGGIES
I called when I go home; the young lady informed me she had just turned off the oven and if I could call tomorrow. I called and spoke to the young man who answered the phone. He seems to be very frustrated about my issue. He said give him 15 minutes and hung up that’s why you get a one star .

Pizza was burnt with almost no sauce. I walked in and paid then waited for my pizza to finish. They finished and threw it in the warmer. I sat there thinking maybe the bread isn’t done. Eventually we stood up and asked for our pizza only to find out our order was sitting there the whole time. I’ll never go back, absolutely the worst Howie’s I’ve ever had. If it wasn’t our pregame food and I didn’t pay for it I wouldn’t have even ate it.

Immaculate… absolute cinema. As I walked into the store, Mr Howie came out and hand fed me some sweet hand tossed pepperoni pizza and kissed my hand. At least that’s how it felt as I went into the store and experienced the revolutionary and hope bringing atmosphere. I placed an order for pick-up and experienced poor customer service because I was not acknowledged when I entered the store and it took longer than usual to be assisted. I said hello twice because I saw black curly hair and a hat….maybe it was attached to a pumpkin in the back that I couldn’t see because no one responded. I opened the door again in hopes that maybe the door chime wasn’t heard by the employees, then through the small door window, I saw a guy come from somewhere in the back and he sat down. It was before 9pm, so I knew they weren’t closing, so I said hey, how y’all doin, and a few moments after, I was then able to be assisted and retrieved my order.
The wings were cooked well and I noticed the consistency with seasoning. My son enjoyed the Mac n cheese pizza; however, I was not a fan because it tasted like boxed mac-n cheese on a pizza.
