About 30 of us girls went out for our monthly Girls Night Out at this fabulous bar and grill. The food was excellent. The service was the best and they’re the friendliest people. Areli, Karina and Patty made us all feel so welcome! The chefs Jovani and Jorge make excellent food and the menu has many great choices. We will definitely go back there and tell everyone about this gem in Prescott Valley!

We were just here for breakfast and it was a great experience. Ashley was welcoming and provided excellent service. We had freshly brewed coffee and an orange juice.
The French toast (without the sweet sauces) was great with the over easy eggs and the grilled ham.
The veggie omelette with country potatoes was very tasty. Had the homemade salsa with it! Super!
The Cali burrito was wonderful.
The Halloween decor and peppy music was very enjoyable.

Excellent service, great food, tasty margarita & yummy chips-salsa as starter. Ordered fajita quesadilla which was excellent & Vallarta margarita was really good. Got extra salsa to take home—fresh & authentic. Service was attentive but not overly so & restaurant is clean and tidy. Would only suggest it be warmed up a bit with plants or artwork/decor. Kalaveras is my new favorite Mexican restaurant in quad city area. Definitely going back & soon too!

Atmosphere and staff were excellent. Attentive waiters and very friendly. The food however… my boyfriend ordered the Pollo Fundido. It came with what appeared to be American Cheese on top that turned waxy very quickly. The “bean dip” tasted like it came from a can. The ground beef taco I ordered for myself was bland and had pretty much no flavor. The Pepsi I ordered was flat and the Dr Pepper my boyfriend ordered tasted like Sprite? We couldn’t order alcoholic drinks as they don’t have their license yet.
Update: The food did not sit well overnight. Upset stomachs for both of us. I really wanted to like this place.

Carina is the best server around. Totally family owned and excellent food. We have so many Mexican restaurants here, but hardly any with authentic flavor. Kalaveras will not disappoint. Best around, and we have tried them all.

We ordered the abondigas soup, summer salad w/Shrimp, Chile Verde, pico de gallo, 1 of each shredded beef and chicken hard shell tacos, apple chimis. And we g9t the free tortilla chips with cheesy bean dip and salsa. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this Restaurant.
