My tacos had a pinch or less of cheese on all of them and I always order an extra cup of cheese for my chips because it’s ridiculous the amount they put in the cup. This time I should have ordered more chips because the bag was barely half full. My one taco also had that cinnamon/sugar taste to it so they must of just made some of those cinnamon twists recently. It was gross and a waste of money. Enough to make me not come back.

Whoever is supervising the 11pm shift 11/8/25 please fire your entire line crew and yourself. The quality of food coming out of your kitchen is below that of prison food. Old, reheated, dried out, sloppy, stale, atrocious. I just threw $50 worth in the trash. This is so shameful that I hope to call your franchisee. Maybe it’s their fault. Shame on you for not giving more the 2% effort.

Generally I love taco bell, but this location is rough. Of the 10+ times we have ordered from there, they got the order correct maybe once. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Ended up paying twice because apparently they didn’t get the mobile order, and after failing to troubleshoot the issue, got home and realized there were items missing yet again. I guess its on me at this point…

Do NOT go to this location. They treat their customers horribly. I am not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a taco bell or any restaurant ever. They made my grilled cheese burrito wrong, I wanted extra rice and they barely put any rice at all, maybe a tablespoons worth or less. I asked to have it remade the way I ordered it. The employee said ‘sure, just leave the receipt with us and it will be right out’. I sked what to do with the food, if we needed to give it back or throw it away, and both parties confirmed we could throw away. After several minutes of waiting in an empty lobby the employee came back out and said ‘we can’t remake the food, best I can do is give a side of what is missing’ and slaps a container of rice on the counter. How am I to add rice to a burrito was grilled shut for one, but he also witnessed me throwing it out. We asked to have it remade again or a refund and was refused. According to them they never give refunds because ‘they are not allowed’. We asked to speak to a manager and only the shift manager was on duty. We were then made to wait for another 5 minutes until the manager came to speak with us. She again tried to give us the rice, stating ‘she didn’t know the other employee told us it was okay to throw away the food.’ She stated her general manager told her they cannot give refunds under any circumstances. They then refused to give any contact information for their general manager, district manager or corporate, saying they were not allowed to give out any numbers, which is a lie because we called another location within their district and were given the info immediately. I just wanted to have my food remade the way I asked for it and PAID EXTRA in order to have. My husband and I loved going to taco bell, but will never EVER return to this location.

Paid 30 dollars for a dinner and got half portions on everything. From the cheese for the fries to the filling in the tacos. Get it together taco bell girard! Horrible drive thru experience every time too. Don’t worry, will never come back!
