Points for the place being clean and the aesthetic I guess. Anyway I mean. I get it new business, and I didn’t have any real expectations set. Not a fan of the long wait to be seated, that was rather lengthy. Food was “okay” nothing special, not terribly bad but not necessarily great either. Half of it was dry from being out so long other items were ok. You had several choices of different proteins and it was like American-Mexican-Italian-Chinese offerings.
Some of the chicken dishes were undercooked, some sides were greasy (like the mac & cheese). Other meats were ok, some of the desserts were raw in the middle. I’m not trying to slam the place as the people working there were busting their butts to provide a service. I guess we’ll see with time what happens and see as they learn adapt and improve hopefully.

Helpful staff and lots of choices. The quality was pretty good. Sure you can get a good lunch anywhere for the same price. Here you can please many different people. If you are in a rush … no worries, the food is ready to eat.
Price changes to dinner at 3 however it might be some time before the dinner options are all out. Be careful coming between 3 n 4. You might pay for dinner and get lunch.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Burnt rice, burnt corn, dried up crab, under cooked dessert, over cooked chicken. Most of the vegetables where either under cooked or mushy. The only thing that was ok was the pasta.Big sign when you walk in saying no refunds no matter what, now I know why.

Since taking over when Golden Corral left it was nice to have a buffet like this again. The food is always great! The price and staff need some work though. The staff is not very attentive, many times the plates were left for a while and we’ve had to flag someone down to get a drink refill. Honestly let the customers dump their plates in the bin and get their own drink refills, it’ll be easier.

We went and tried the international buffet and grill. The service was great, the place was clean, they had a great selection of food. Some food was pretty good such as their seafood, salad bar was fresh and nice selection, pasta choices were good and a few other items I tried were good. I didn’t like the sesame chicken, meatballs, they can improve on the dessert selections. I would say it is a basic buffet place just glorified with the name. You will find food you like and you will find food you don’t. The cost is pricy for sure we spent 2 adults and 1 senior over $70. We could have gone down the street to Texas Roadhouse for a bit cheaper. But we wanted to see what they had to offer. If you want to give this a first try go for it but I don’t know if I will be returning.

Went two times a week apart. Excellent food! Super super clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and alert. The desserts are much better than anything Golden Corral ever had. No nasty wilted lettuce in the salad bar! All the salad bar vegetables were crisp and fresh. I’ll definitely go back!

I don’t know what the bad reviews were talking about. We feel they were highly unwarrented. We just had lunch here and it was amazing. Can’t come up with one complaint. The incredible variety, the fully stocked trays of delicious food, the great service made this a place we are looking forward to eating at again. This just may be the best buffet in the Hudson Valley!!
